They never have everything in stock to order. Meats, no bread, jelly, no peanut butter, coffee, no sugar. Etc.

Had a terrible experience here. Took over half an hour to get a couple sandwiches and their lunch menu was “limited” which apparently meant literally only one sandwich. They didn’t even know what iced coffee was, and we had to explain to them how to make a sandwich. I ordered and paid for a Turkey club and THEN they said they didn’t have any bacon or even lettuce. I also ordered a double double and they got that wrong as well. Please try to avoid this location for the sake of your own patience and sanity. I believe I am now dumber for having simply interfaced with the employees here and may god have mercy on their souls.

Girl at the window has an extreme attitude problem. Like i work in customer service, it’s not that hard to put on an act and be nice.

Super slow, often rude employees, and frequently out of common items (timbits and bagels in my experience).Update: It's no better now, even after they redid the place and started over. Still slow and unpredictable.

Tried the drive through and couldn't understand what they were saying, very garbled. Went inside to order and despite the sign outside saying they're open they were not, gates shut. Apparently there was an incident shortly before we arrived that required police to be called

Big sign on the windows saying they're open inside. You go to the doors and they are locked. Bad service

The people in the drive thru were extremely rude and tried to rush me make my order and even make a couple sarcastic comments that were unnecessary. They also got my order wrong and didn’t want to correct it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I have this location another chance when they recently reopened-actually 2 chances. Again as in the past- no espresso, machine down was told to me. Then on a Saturday morning before getting on the ride for an hour drive, we went to grab some muffins, a bagel, and coffee- The drive-through operator said no food only drinks available. Is it that the staff is not trained? Is it the staff does not want to work? Is it that the owners of the facility do not invest in their company so you only have coffee? It’s sad that you are a couple blocks away and I drive 2 miles to get coffee from Tim Hortons.

Seriously needs to be shut down! Never have anything no eggs no jam not even creamers to go!!! Absolutely ridiculous where is the owner! Espresso machine doesn’t even dispense espresso warm! Crazy ridiculous! Rude employees!

This is an awful location. They never have anything thats on the menu. The menu offers cold brew, and nitro lattes and every morning they tell me they are out. Its been 2 months and maybe one day a week they have it. So whoever is running this location is not doing a good job. I will never go back to this location, and possibly never go to Timmys again. There is a Bigby right down 12 mile and they ALWAYS have cold brew and the staff is super friendly. I suggest you go there instead.
