insanely loud and I'm a metal head. I couldn't even hear myself talking. very slow service. our waitress was nice and meant well. but all staff was taking shots at the bar and hollering at 1030 at night. by the time 11:05 came we finally got our appetizer. 11:30 and we still didn't have our main course after sitting there for an hour and 15 mins, we said screw it and left. will not be back. they mean well, but the whole staff was partying like they were at the club. the music was louder than most bars. very unprofessional. dont think this franchise location will last.
Had all of the employees give me some good topping on my big ol' glizzy and made sure they did it well they started choking on it so much that all my special cream came out.
Deshon is great at his job. And my green goddess burger minus American cheese add Cheddar with fresh fries and cold Sam Adams draft can't be beat. Best burger!
Just left this Fridays in Southfield Michigan. I see why the parking lot is always empty. I ordered chicken strips and they gave me these little nuggets for $15 I took them back and they insisted these are tenders…, They literally gave me half a steak it’s literally cut in half for 30 bucks. Totally waisted my money I’m contacting corporate!!!!
Overall a good experience, they were a bit slow with seating us considering how empty it was. 4 different employees did acknowledge us and let us know someone would be with us. Once seated the waitress was very attentive. Everything we ordered came quickly and was as expected. Both the food and drinks were excellent.
The hostess was on her phone and rude. She asked me to sit at the bar because she didn't want to seat a party of 1 and she had a large group coming in a little bit. Fortunately the bartender, RoTashia, was awesome and the food was great. Fridays is usually a solid 4 stars, but the bartender, food quality, and speed knocked it out of the park tonight and even made up for the hostess!If you haven't had the pot stickers at Fridays, get them sometime! $12 for 6 of them is insanely expensive, but they are worth it once in a while.
My order was wrong 2 weeks ago and I was told to call and ask for a particular manager. That was no problem but each time I call...the phones are so busy that it routes me to corporate. I don't think this is an issue to bring up to corporate so I wait for the time where it works for me to go pick up my corrected order and when their phone lines aren't so busy. The food I did receive was good....so this isn't a "bad" review...just check ALL your food before leaving.
Dirty. Service was trash. No refills provided. “Amazing blazing pound of chz fries” =Rubbish. Once you get passed the few green onions & jalapeños on top, it was inedible.The Fried mushrooms were served frozen in the middle. Waitress caught an attitude as if it was our fault the kitchen didn’t microwave em long enough… only adding to the negative atmosphere.She walked by multiple times avoiding our table & took 15mins to get the check.We got dessert elsewhere due to the overall poor experience.Coming to a place like this you expect mediocre food & the experience balances it out…… not here. 0/5 would not recommend. Go any where else
I received everything I ordered and it was warm and tasty. surprised I didn't have to wait 2 hours for it. Had it delivered. Ordered the whiskey glazed Burger combo with loaded mashed potatoes and the whiskey glazed chicken with mac and cheese . The burger was so good but the chicken could've been better
