I like the place and I love taco bell. But I have to go inside most times because they get my order wrong through the drive thru and door dash. Depending on the staff they can be rude but the owner is amazing.
I ordered two cheesy Gordita Crunches, 90% was shredded lettuce and cheese, hardly any beef or melted cheese. What a waste of my time and money. Next time I'll just order regular tacos.
The lady that took our order I wish I knew her name but she was so polite and happy.. I wish all fast food places had people like her
Their app gives you the option to pick up your order inside but they're not open to the public, drive thru only. The drive thru line is always long and takes forever. I only get a 30 minute lunch break so I don't have the pleasure of waiting in line all day to pick up my order when I should be able to pick it up inside.
They need to learn how to treat there clients give the order correctly soo desgusting. Soo nastyyyy
Service poor. Food quality poor. Wait time poor. Frequently out of popular and basic items. Has a sign on the door for dine in open but the door is always locked. Will drive two cities over for a better experience.
NEVER RETURNING. Worst experience ever. Waited in line for 15 minutes for 2 cars to receive their food In front of me. (Each only had one bag) they didn't have mountain dew Baja blast (this is fine, I understand with COVID shortages) she ask if I wanted to change to mountain dew then I some how received sierra mist. My food was sloppily made, cold, soggy and stale at the same time (didn't know that was possible) oh also why is it that every other taco bell you get a big cup with your meal and this one you get this little short cup?
Stopped on way home from work, waited 35 minutes in drive thru after ordering my food.I saw about 6-7 employees in there most were just standing around talking to each other. I just don't get why it took so long to get my food with that many employees there.
The customer service at this Taco Bell is absolutely terrible! I asked for a party pack and the manager got on the mic over the guy taking my order and said they weren't making it and when I asked if they had the ingredients the guy said yes the manager just doesn't want me making it! Don't get your food at this Taco Bell go up the street tonight Mile The guys are at Taco Bell or so friendly and they're willing to give you extra food when they get your order wrong!
Ordered a cheese quesadilla but they gave me a chicken one. Ordered a cheese roll-up and they gave me a refried burrito. At least the drive-thru times were quick and the chicken quesadilla didn't make me gag.
