Never been here in my life. Went around 1:30am and was told that all I could order were wings (buffalo or plain) and fries for $17 and some change. I asked how many wings and the lady said 8-9. I left. No ma'am. I will not pay you over $17 for 8-9 wings and fries. Absolutely not! This review is being posted ONLY BECAUSE I went online to review their menu prices and saw that wings and fries ARE NOT $17! Why she felt like she could price gouge a new customer at 1:30am is beyond me! Crooks!

The "Special" wings are just about the best I've had. They are actually wing dings, not whole wings, but they're very meaty and taste great. They have a zesty, savory flavor and also have a spicy kick, but are not too spicy. I think they are the best in town. The seasoned fries are very tasty also and easily enough for two people. The cost is about on par with other local restaurants, but the quality and taste is superior.

This restaurant charged my son, who used my debit card for a $17.23 purchase, $110.52. I called them SEVERAL times throughout the day to find out what was going on in their establishment and for them to refund that amount immediately. No one ever answered the phone so I, being handicap, had to actually wait on a ride to physically go there to confront them about this issue and the manager on duty(Jonathan), said he couldn’t fix the problem so he reached out to his DM. His DM said to get the last four of the card used and it would be rectified in approximately an hour. Of course with my son being so young, unfortunately, he didn’t keep the receipt. However, the charge showed immediately in my alerts on my phone. I haven’t been able to reach Jonathan and the other name and number I was given was for a Calvin. I did speak to him a couple of times and he said he would make me whole and refund the entire amount and it would show in my Acct in about two days. Well, it’s going on two weeks and I have been unsuccessful in reaching both Jonathan and Calvin but spoke to a Sylvester(another manager), just yesterday who was quite rude. I will NEVER allow my son to visit this restaurant again. As of today, I’m still waiting on my refund of $110.52 and for someone to contact me and say SOMETHING!

Today I had the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful experience at this establishment. When I entered this restaurant, there were two people ahead of me and a lady who entered into the restaurant shortly after me. I’m waiting in line to pick up a couple of orders. About a few seconds later, this woman behind me yelled towards the back of the restaurant, “Is that my cousin?” The gentleman said “Yeah!” Then he greeted the lady and the two proceeded to have a conversation. No big deal. While I’m waiting in line he proceeds to ask her what did she order and the lady tells him. By this time, I’m next in line. I then see the gentleman begin to prepare the woman’s order (his cousin) before the cashier gives me my order. I then hear him tell the cashier (trying to whisper) while looking at me, to cash the woman out before me. Both the cashier and gentleman look at me directly and proceeded to cash the woman out. I have never seen such blatant disrespect, unprofessionalism and rudeness. I would never patronize this restaurant if this is the type of service demonstrated in the restaurant. I will be sure to tell friends and family not to patronize this restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would.

Just had a carry out on January 29 I ordered the sweetwater Wings was hard and old my husband order whole Wings was salty and greasy I recommend you do not waste your time & money I

Used to be best wings in town. Food is currently awful. Ordered wings on DoorDash and did not see the number of wings in the description. Upon arrival to store, I asked how many wings are in a $17 wing order? Was told 8. Got home and there were 11 dry, hard and nasty tasting wings. Rice n peas were literally tasteless. Southfield such a disappointment .

My hamburger was beyond burnt. Fries were green and cold.

With in the last 6 months I can def say they’ve been falling off, just the lack of service in general.I called ahead placed an order for sweet water wings and friesI only live six mins away and I place the order as I was on my way there. I got there, I waited about 10 minutes.Once so received my order my fries we’re luke warm and wimpy and my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through and I was missing a roll.I can say, the previous years from going here they were definitely consistent good quality wings worth 4 stars. I have even asked 6 of my friends and we all concluded it’s truly been a consistent miss lately. I love sweet waters and just want the quality care back in our meals

Woman couter is horrible but manager seems cool.

This was the first time I ordered from sweetwater. I was super excited because the menu looked and sounded amazing, and the reviews on google were great. I ordered steak bites and beer-battered chicken. Unfortunately, the steak bites looked like charcoal. They were so overcooked and dry, and they were completely inedible. Chicken was better than the steak bites, but were also extremely dry. Very disappointing
