I've been frequenting this location since it 1st starts serving food during a pandemic when it was carry out only. This is the 1st time that I've had such a horrible experience with the service. The young lady at the front was unattentive and quite frankly Indirectly she was rude. She was more focused on her phone then she was with servicing the customer. The food I ordered was not labeled.. Without a label is hard to determine which state is medium and which steak is well done. Her response was if it looks lighter pink than that would be the medium steak. I did speak with the manager and we were able to determine which steak was medium which state was well done based on the toppings. It would have been nice if the Box had been labeled. In addition we didn't have enough utensils nor do we have the condiments the steak sauce to go with the steak. Again this is the 1st time that I've ever experienced such horrible service at this Southfield location. I would not have had a problem with the food because I understand that things happen and I'm sure that the cooks are rushing and I've never had a problem with the food itself. But the customer service at the front made this a terrible experience. Thus why you're getting such a low rating. #Disappointed
super cool n the best hospitality ever treat us just like family fr..good food good drinks ..very caring too our needs even outside of work ethics go . we live it here .
should be a night club not a restaurant trap music was so loud couldn't even enjoy my date!! couldn't talk because the music was so loud at 9 at night though smh trashy af? waste of good food

We had to wait only 30 mins for a table, Our waiter was so nice and very funny he had excellent customer service skills! The food was amazing. literally everything we ordered was good. The alcoholic beverages were a little watered down, but other than that great service great wait time. Amazing food, I Will be back!!
We had a wait time of 45 minutes .. I don't even think we would have gotten a text for our table .. we can ended up going back inside to check and they sat us ...Not to mention I saw people come in after in us .. get seated right away and get their food before us ...Our waitress walked past us a good 10 times before she even spoke .. never introduced herself and honestly maybe had to many tables in her section ...The drink was ok ..but my food was trash .. HORRIBLE meat quality like it had been freezer burnt or something I don't even know.. I sent it back and didn't want anything else .. definitely wont go back
I have always loved starters the one in Detroit the one on Plymouth this time this new one in Southfield they absolutely need a new food prep or a new cook I did not enjoy any of the food my steak was tough the dip was awful the vegetables had no flavor whatsoever. The side dishes taste like they came out of the can, don't know what's going on whether it's the prep or the cook or the restaurant cutting corners, I was so happy that they had a restaurant in Southfield so I wouldn't have to go so far but I guess I have to go back to the one either in Detroit or on Plymouth road.
Very nice starters, new and very contemporary!!! Our waitress was nice, but very forgetful... I had to ask twice about my Caesar salad, I reminded her I wanted it before my meal... To not avail she breastfeeding brought everything together I order Lunch portion of salmon with Asparagus and the a dude Caesar salad!!! Do you know this young lady charged me $6.00 fur side of asparagus and $1.50 for sure salad!!! She had grey and black extended eyes lashes, we commented on them...
I ordered lamb chops, medium and got meat that was dry and abnormally small. I've had jerky that was more tender! Waited nearly an hour after they overcooked my food for a replacement just for it to be cooked and brought the same and this with less than normally comes in an order. The manager never came to apologize or rush the remake. I walked out after waiting an additional 30 minutes. The manager is trash. The service is garbage and the cooks are incompetent. I will never be back to this location and wished I'd taken heed to all the other awful reviews since they apparently were accurate!
My food was good I had the stuffed salmon with mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. However they kept messing up my boyfriends steak, and my son waited nearly an hour for his Burger the owner did come over and offer us free drinks and he did take half off our bill so that was cool and our waiter Bree was really friendly and on point the staff kept telling me that there was a new guy on the line cooking, if we had someone who knew what they were doing we would have had a better experience the place isn't bad it's smaller than the other starters but I like the Ambiance and atmosphere, IF we do go back we are certainly going to ask who's cooking first if you're in the mood to get full this is definitely the spot,try the stuffed salmon.
