There's never a time I come here and they make my drinks right ever I always Order ahead of time they never make my drinks right generally they're very rude they didn't used to be when they first opened and I first had to go in there they were amazing they had a really really amazing person named Kahari I believe he was really sweet always on top of things.
I walked in while there was nobody in line. There were about 5 or 6 people working there, but not one person came to take my order. I waited a few minutes and then walked out. Some of them were just wiping down the counters ... not busy with drive through customers. Service sucks!
Terrible service, slowest location ever. Waited in line 15 minutes and it was only 2 cars in the drive thru….rather go to the novi location….didn’t even offer anything for the wait
Lobby is open but only accepting mobile or drive thru manager said she only had 3 workers maybe if she got behind the counter instead of sitting in the lobby she could open the register ?
Absolutely great and fast service. Can't drink milk so they created something very nice for me out of oatmeal without any fuss thank you so much Starbucks.

The norm you’d expect from Starbucks. Improvement upon customer experience would be dopeness.
This location a few months ago always had a fast drive they, but recently this location is slow with staff on their cell phone at the window . Or this location is randomly closed with no signage leaving multiple people line at at the drive thru still.
The staff are always friendly. They make the best pink drink hands down.
