We always come here after my mom's infusions and the employees are always very nice and quick to get the orders out. Definitely recommend!

They do have new people here so patience is appreciated but the manager Andrew is a very good guy. He's the main reason for all 5 stars. This place is lucky to have him

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It looked like there was maybe some training of staff going on but 3 employees stood there and did nothing the entire 20 min we waited for 2 cold brews with oat milk and a pump of syrup in it. Nothing fancy, just coffee, syrup and oat milk in a cup. We ordered two of the same thing and they made one and we had to ask for the second that was never served. We were the only ones inside and maybe 3 cars were served at the window in that time. It was not busy, the staff was not friendly and seemed awfully confused as to what they were doing.

Always love Starbucks they are friendly and go out of the way to make sure your drink is right.

1. Couldn’t get help at the counter. Order wasn’t ready.If you are too busy to handle delivery orders, please turn them off so that drivers and therefore customers aren’t waiting unnecessarily.2. Order wasn’t ready. Again.

There is plenty of chill space if you need to meet with people or get work done. They had a few girls working when I went in but it still took about ten minutes for my single drink order to be completed. More of a friendly chill place than a get your coffee quick place.

Literally the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. I have tried them 3x and it’s always a horrible experience. Never again. And don’t waste your time online ordering

Come on Starbucks. I order a vente sweet vanilla cold brew and judging by the ice-to-coffee ratio I’d say my vente was definitely a tall/small/whatever you want to label it.You’re not slick by any means so I’m going to avoid this location moving forward since the other locations don’t pull this stuff.

This is absolutely the worst managed Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time I come here I’m waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. Funny because I was using a complimentary card they gave me from the last time they made me wait so long and here I am waiting just as long again. It’s nuts! They really need to get better management.

Ordered a mobile order for an iced macchiato and when I arrived it was hot. No big deal, I’m patient and don’t mind waiting for my correct order. But the employees did not fix it in a timely manner and instead hopped on their phones, chitchatted, and then proceeded to fix it. When I got my order again, I received a latte- shots on bottom and milk on top but didn’t have time to wait for it to be corrected. This was my first experience at this location and I can definitely say I won’t be returning.
