Follow me.They are mobile only inside and mobile or credit cards in the drive-thru.That means I couldn't use my credit card inside of the store but only in the drive-thru which was weird to me.The bathroom looked ok.The store looked organized.
If I could do zero stars I would! Starbucks needs to close this location. The employees are VERY RUDE and act as if they’re doing a favor by waiting on you. I try not to come here and go to the one inside Target on Southfield Rd. I can only hope they fire all of the employees that don’t want to work or just CLOSE THE STORE!
So they say the cash registers are down for inside orders but I can go into the drive thru. Please make that make sense to me. Yea I won’t be back. It’s the lack of customer service. Why not say let me ring you on the drive thru register.
This location was extremely busy at the drive thru, so I went in side. They sid they were only taking mobile and online orders. So, I ordered on my mobile app after getting to work! My order was ready by the time I got there and waited only a few minutes for my co-workers order. I also tipped them $5 dollars! My Carmel crunch frappuccino with extra drizzle was delicious!!They were super busy and the customer service was fantastic!!!
I gave 4 stars because I have always had good service at this Starbucks! The reason not 5 stars is because they ran out of matcha green tea! They haven't had it in weeks!
The Starbucks on Southfield Road, between 12 and 13 mile had the best Barista! Her name is Shannon. She is truly a people-person and cared about my order for my daughter. I hope I have her name correct. She is a beautiful young lady, tall, long braids with purple in it and a beautiful smile.
I went through the drive Thru for a drink and it was the perfect taste and temperature. I was very pleased with how fast the line went. I got the vibe that it wasn’t a very happy atmosphere, that was the first time I ever experienced a less than happy group of Starbucks people.
Went in and could only order through mobile app. What? At least 4 people behind the counter. Coffee was fine as usual.
This has got to be the most unorganized Starbucks ever. It has taken a lot for me to write this review. I go to this Starbucks every day just a bout. It is conveniently located right between my home and work so I often to the mobile order.Almost every time I order, something goes wrong. Barista makes my drink in a dirty cup, they forget my order all together, one time I ordered online to be forced to sit in a 10 car drive through pile up just to receive my order, an the newest thing..every single time I order a drink and a food item the food item NEVER comes up. I am writing this review today after kindly asking for my item, as I do every single day I'm here, and being asked to show my receipt for proof. It's written on my cup I have 1/2 items.Again, it has taken A LOT for me to come to this review. But I think some sort of higher management role needs to take place within this Starbucks.
I love the pedicure ladies they make your feet so happy and John design my names always on point and Kathy does good too
