Great service and attitude from Jamie in Southfield store!

Must have been short of help. Very slow. Ugh!!

My wife and I recently went through the drive through on January 1st. the drink was well made, but the service was really bad. We waited in line for 20 minutes with two cars in front of us and the inside of the restaurant was empty. When we got to the window we asked the Barista to load up our Starbucks card and we paid for our drinks. The Barista failed to even speak to us and didn't recharge our Starbucks card either. If you are rude and don't like your job, you should probably find a new one.

Customer service was very poor waited a long time to be greeted when order was ready not told it was ready to go just sat o. The counter. First time I ever had service like this very dissatisfied

Placed simple order for peppermint mocha. Barista clearly not in a good mood. Four people behind me picked up their order before I asked about mine. 30 minutes for a coffee?!

I hesitate to write this because Starbucks is my favorite chain and has been for well over a decade. The coffee is strong and consistently good, I drink it every day no matter where I find myself waking up. Love the brand.

If you want to be cool in this world, you gotta do cool stuff like drink coffee at well-known cultural significant coffee shops like this fine establishment.

Worst Starbucks ever. Their ways slow, their old brew isn’t fresh and they don’t always open on time. It’s 6:21 am. Their supposed to be open and their not. Today is Friday October 11th 2019. I’m taking a picture of this. No one is in there no machines are on. There’s 6 cars behind me. Horrible.

I went in about 730a before work to get coffee. There were 2 people ahead of me they got their coffee. I than waited for 20 minutes waiting for a tall pumpkin spice latte. everyone that came behind me and paid after me the barista was greeting them by name and was telling them I got your order in one second and prepared their orders before preparing mine! I then approached the barista and asked her if she had forgotten about my order, her response was “no, they just have work they’re in a rush” super inappropriate, and disrespectful on so many levels.!! As if those customers time is more valuable than mine!! If there was a rating that was a zero I would put that!!!!
