Foods really good. Staff is friendly
Food is really fresh, healthy and tasty. Hard to get all three. Takes a little while. Worth it. Order ahead of time. Hard working staff.
I went in to soup dive there was a women of color who was already waiting for her order a white man walk in before me he place his order and I ordered after him there was two people working that day the young lady taking orders and one person holding a personal conversation with a gentleman, how I know because she was talking loud, once the worker holding a personal conversation notice a white man came in she jump up and took his order, his order was ready with in mins the lady who was all ready there her order came up after his , has it come to this, after she gave him his order she sat back down to continue her personal conversation, I have experience more than once bad service I waited over ten mins for a half of sandwich an soup which was already cooked, this is really a shame.
I sent about $40 on salty & dry food. Very disappointed. I ordered a crab pattie, a salmon pattie, a chicken flatbread & blackeye pea & kale soup. Both of the patties were so salty I couldn’t eat it. The flatbread was dry & the black pea and kale soup was just awful, on top of it being no kale in the soup. I used to frequent the east side location quite often before they closed and the food was always amazing. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food being that it is more of the pricey side.
My first time trying this place and it is MAGNIFICENT! The people working are courteous, and respectful. The young lady behind the counter let me sample several soups and EVERY ONE WAS DELICIOUS! I Order the Soup er combo with a half corned beef and black eyed peas and kale! PHENOMENAL! I LOVE MY PEOPLE
Good food, great service, clean place and good music always blasting in there.Love this place.Im vegetarian so they got options for me as well which is amazing. From the looks of it, it seems to be woman owned and operated so thats a plus.Check it out.
My 1st visit and ill never go backI was told by others that the soup was good but service was horrible. They were correct.. How ever I had a surprise in my soupIt was a nice size piece of paper.. Wow
Visit Jan. 25 2022. Ordered Seafood Gumbo and it was awful, earlier. in the. month I had salmon chowder. and it taste like can soup. I frequent soup dive. on many occasion before pandemic and everything I. ordered was a winner. Now quality seem to have. suffered. and price increases. Sad

The soup was great. The cornbread was too sweet for me, almost like cake, probably good for others.
