I wanted to give them 5 stars but service and food is hit or miss. The one guy who answers the phone is courteous and professional. The two girls that are there always are into their phones or personal conversation and make very little effort. They got my order wrong and didn't offer to correct it. Sometimes the pizza is perfect other times it's gummy. Probably won't be ordering again any time soon seeing how we were all sick after eating it.
We went to this restaurant about 4 PM on a Saturday, ahead of the dinner rush. We ordered dinners rather than a pizza. It took about 1/2 hour to receive our salad. After one hour we left and our dinner had still not been served. We saw other people around us being served so the problem may have been our waiter. He did not seem to really know what he was doing and it did not appear he was getting any training.
It's been a long time since I've had this delicious pizza. ? Why did it take so long to get my sweetie to try it?BTW, he liked it!Great tunes playing in the lounge area, too!
The manager Deangelo was rude. I asked for a special request and he decided he would rather loose out on me ordering. A manager is supposed to handle conflict and he continued to not come up with a solution. The owner should be upset because if he handled this problem like this all the time you are loosing out on a lot of profit and customers. So I sat here with a party of 8 people who will never ever come back here. We will pass the word. What happened to great customer service. It starts from the manager down . The owner I am sure would of made a better decision.
The Detroit style Pizza here is top notch. Their Greek and Antipasto salads are also good.The facility is starting to show its age, but everything is still clean.
We arrived at 5:30 and left at 7:15. Our appetizer was brought with our meals. One of the meals was wrong and had to be sent back. 2 meals came 20 minutes after the first meals were brought out. We sat for 1/2 hour before our drinks were brought to us and it was over an hour before we got any food. I had to bring my bill up to the front to pay. The restaurant was empty and the bar was packed. I understand you are short staffed, however, there were people who sat down after us and received food before us and left before we even got all of our meals. We had 5 people, 3 adults and 2 children. Extremely dissatisfied with the service this evening. I have been coming to at for over 25 years and this was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant!! I will not be returning to eat there again. You have lost my business.
Service was perfect! Pizza, wings, salad, soup, and cocktails were excellent! Hadn't been there in a while. Will be frequenting.
The veggie pizza was awesome. Thick hearty amount of vegetables. Not a fan of salads with ice berg lettuce, it was part of buffet (made it through).9 year old bday celebration was disappointed that the arcades were malfunctioning.We had ample space for our guest to be comfortable.
Don't get me wrong this probably is the best pizza in Detroit, but the last 2 times I have gone they automatically added an 18% gratuity with only 2 people. I can understand for large groups but just 2 people? Normally I give 22% and even 30% if server is great. This automatic gratuity will end up cheating the servers in the end.
