Food was good good customer service they greeted you with a smile on they faces the food was nice and hot I will be coming back ???????the waitress I had was very nice and polite she answered every question that I had to the particular item in they menu and it was good will be coming back oh yeah did I mentioned you will gets your money's worth on food too sometimes you gotta get a carry out container ?
This is a nice place where a friend and I meet once a week and spend a couple of hours at a quiet table drinking coffee and catching up. We are both retired and kind of out of the mainstream these days but it's always a lift for me when we can sit down and visit for a while. The people that work in the restaurant are very friendly and they don't mind it all when we say we're just going to order coffee they check on us often and keep our cups filled. From what I can see the restaurant and the restrooms are always very clean and in the afternoons at least it is a quiet place
My first time feeling comfortable enough for inside dinning since the pandemic started. OMG my server Nancy was on the job she made me feel so good about coming back on sight dining. And the food was delicious! Thank you Ms Nancy
It was very good. A lot of food for the money. Coffee was not as good as I remember.I had a ham and cheese omelet and added mushrooms and spinach.Best part: value for the food.Worst part: server was not totally attentive.
OMG!!! I love the potato skins I ordered. I had the #2 potato Skins with extra bacon. I been going to this location since i was a kid. And the food never change. Its a guilty pleasure I am indulging in everytime!!!
amazing atmosphere, fantastic service, & good food
It was Christmas Eve. We searched for what was open and we chose this restaurant. They had 45 minutes before closing so we drove up and made our order. We realized the time, they had 45 minutes to close, but they had not closed yet. We asked if they were taking orders and the hostess reluctantly said yes. This was our first time at this restaurant. We were not dinning in. The nachos as you can see looked and tasted nice. I gave two stars for the food because the staff members deserved ZERO!. The staff members were visibly agitated and frustrated because people were still making orders, even though the restaurant was not closed. One staff member used profanity to express her frustration loud enough for all customers to hear. Another locked the door and turned one couple away, only to turn around and let in a regular customer. Now at this time the staff had cleaned all the machines and closed the sitting areas. We were asked to stand by the bar stools and wait for our food. Another staff member muttered under her breath about not serving the regular anything besides water for she had already cleaned the machines. This attitude was very unsettling and unprofessional. For a first timer I will not return. I truly understand their frustration about working Christmas Eve, but the audacity and comfort of displaying unprofessional behavior was appalling!
The manager and cook actually argued with me about how I wanted my Superburger cooked and sent it to me the way they wanted to, dark and dry. No flavor. I called and spoke to the cook who told me he was really busy and the sooner I got off the phone, the sooner he could send my order. He sent another dark set burgersent sent Rams Horn superburgers were my monthly treat to me. For $17.25 I WANT IT WAY!!!
I came here for breakfast on Thanksgiving day before heading to the Lions game. This place has the best of everything. In a time where staff is hard to come by, the staff here is on point. If they are running short staffed you definitely couldn't tell. Everyone did their job, was friendly and fast. The food was perfect. My friend and I were presently surprised as we have never eaten at this establishment. We have both worked in the food industry for well over 25 years, and the friendliness of your staff was greatly appreciated and did not go un-noticed. I will definitely be back when I come to the area again.
