I got a chicken and steak bowl, which were decent. The chips for my queso were stale, my chocolate chip cookie was stale. The employees really need to wear hair nets, 2 of the women had wild bushy extensions, a male had unkempt hair as well. The younger girls now dress with ripped jeans and belly tops. This used to be my favorite location but it has declined significantly.
This place is filthy! Can't really say they were short staffed because it was a few of them there and only two customers at the time but it doesn't take that long to wipe down a counter top, change the trash or sweep up the area back there... customer service skills needs improvement as well. Why would you answer your cell phone while making someone's food???? It was just too much going on at this location. Never again!
First and last time to this establishment. I hate wasting my time to leave a review but regret not checking them before coming here. Ordered 4 Bowls for my family and on each bowl was given less and less food. Half a spoon of rice is the quantity they give here. It only gets worse. Very unfortunate
After going to this restaurant. I always feel some type of way. The employees are never excited but why would they be the lighting in the building is depressing. The atmosphere of this restaurant zaps any potential enjoyment of this food no matter when you consume it. I guess that is why I feel some type of way when I go here.
DO NOT COME HERE. the manager is ghetto and insulted me and took money from me without giving me a refund. I took photos of everything and how she talked to me. If corporate would like to call me. I have a video. She’s a very old african american woman. very ugly woman. and she had the audacity to take money from me and not give me my food. THIS IS WHY YALL GO TO CHIPOTLE. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. i will make sure this woman loses her job.
Don't waste your time at this location. Just go to the one on Telegraph or the Mexican spot across the street. My son and I entered this establishment and were not greeted at all. Mistake #1. The food is not fresh and literally just sits there. All the food looked over heated and dry. My son wanted beef tacos, but the meat looked burnt and dry. She literally tried to serve the bottom scrapings to my child. Mistake #2. We opted for chicken instead. I wanted a steak fajita bowl. She gave me one scoop of rice. I agreed to an up charge of $2 for one additional scoop. Smh. Mistake #3. My fajita vegetables were BROWN from sitting. She didn't even bother to make fresh ones. Mistake #4. Subpar customer service. Small portions. Luke warm food. And they up charge you for everything. Save your money and go across the street for a fraction of the cost. I won't be returning.
Unimpressed- went in with my girlfriend and there was one person ahead of us starting an order. Only two workers in the front and at least two sitting around in the back. One worker in the front seemed to have no clue how to do anything and was not trying to put in any effort. The order for the one person ahead of us took at least 10 minutes and getting food for the two of us took another 15. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the next closest franchise, and next time, I will.
Price increases for the quality isn’t anywhere worth it. If your product is a burrito and no one knows how to wrap one then just take it off your menu. Fix your fountain drink machine already.
The food is just extremely bland nothing had any flavor. The queso is watered down and flavorless and the “guacamole” is just mashed avocado no cilantro no onion… just horrible! Next time I’ll definitely go down the street to chipotle where they at least know what a little salt and pepper is!
Ordered a chicken nacho bowl. Drove all the way home and noticed they didn’t put any chicken or protein in my meal, but still charged me for it. I will never waist my money here again!
