I been working at Prime 10 for several years. I seen Prime 10 go from very good to an even better place to eat. I am so happy see the great positive changes on a regular basis. Prime 10 has some new great servers and food is really great. Come by give it a try it will be worth it

A poor experience time after time. When dining in the main restaurant, it ranges from hair in the burgers to insanely slow service to mistaken orders. The food is wildly overpriced and is rarely any good. Steaks aren't cooked to order, the mushrooms taste like they come from a can, the vegetables are generally soggy. Overall, it is impossible to justify the price for this low caliber of food.When dining in the Foundation Room, one single server was tasked with catering an entire event of nearly 50 people. Predictably, the service was slow and spotty, with long waits for food or refills of water. The salad must have been dressed hours before the event, as the lettuce was one large mush and the plate was swimming in dressing. The chicken was dry and the vegetables were somehow simultaneously undercooked and soggy. Oh, and when dessert came out, no utensils were provided for eating the fruit.It's tragic that a restaurant with such an exorbitant price tag provides such a poor eating experience. The quality of the food needs to rise drastically for Prime 10 to be worth anyone's time or money.
For an out of town restaurant this place is fantastic. I love the privacy they have created with the individual seating pods. The food is served extremely fast and the portions are very generous. The various dishes were very tasty yet the total cost was reasonable. Two thumbs up for the 8 times I have been here.
When you define medium rare in a menu, you should at least try to get it right. Apps were pretty solid, but for this price people should expect them to know how to cook.
Really great customer service!!! The ranch is the best that I ever had....the bread....the butter....all amazing. I love the feeling of having the restaurant to yourself (with the curtains). We stumbled on this place when another steak house had a long wait time. I'd definitely return on purpose. My son loved his chicken tenders. The fries are enough to share.
Excellent meal! Took advantage of the outdoor seating. Perhaps a more robust heating option could be utilized, but we enjoyed the private setting. Service was superb!
The restaurant ambiance was wonderful, our service was ok, but I was expecting much better food for the money spent. Our garden salads look and taste better whenadd at home; the size of my steak seemed like a child's portion and how did our rolls come out after the appetizer, salads and our meals? Why, because our waitress was too busy talking to other workers and burned the first batch. I was pretty disappointed overall since it seemsome such an upscale place. The corned beef egg rolls were the best part.y husband and I most likely, won't be back.
