Fast, reliable and well-staffed - a rarity these days and hard to come by all three. A lot of restaurants were hit hard by pandemic and this is the only one I can trust to be consistent. I come here for lunch a few times per month when I’m in the area, mostly dine in but also pickup. Food is good, place is clean, and no issues with my orders. Employees are very nice and courteous. Keep doing what you’re doing!
Sandwich was kind of slapped together & messy...but overall good food (soup & sandwich).

Best subs I've ever had. You will not be disappointed! The broccoli cheddar soup really set it off.

The staff is rude! They act like they don’t want to help the customers. All I had was a doordash order and they couldn’t help me. Don’t come here.

Terrific experience with Potbelly in Southfield, MI on Telegraph and 12 Mile!! The General Manager, Maribela, went above and beyond to acc our large order of over 140 sandwiches for the Brother Rice Football team. She even came in on her day off and personally drove them to us! Great customer service and extremely professional, friendly, and overall great to work with!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
It was busy today but they held their own!
Rudeness to a new level including Derek the manager. Trying to place a catering order for two hours. Got hung up on multiple times put on hold for over 30 minutes. Rude, rude, rude. Listening to the girls talking to one another in the background " I'm not doing it" Wow!
