I'd like to start off by saying I've had bad service and have NEVER left a negative review... This place is sooooo bad. We ordered off their website (not door dash).... for a meeting. Food never showed..... called an hour after and was told to take it up with door dash.... we explained we did not order through door dash. They said they would call the delivery driver and call us back.... which they never did. Called again they were so rude and hung up on us....... went up to get our order remade... took forever and NO JOKE 5 out of 8 meals were wrong.....and i don't mean wrong like it had onions on it.... i mean like completely different sandwiches..... like i ordered a turkey and got a chicken salad..... I'm a big potbelly fan but this location is a mess.... Potbelly should be embarrassed. rude and terrible service.... you guys are a joke
Found a huge piece of the dayum root of the dayum head of lettuce in my salad. I order at this location 9/10. Now I think I will drive the extra miles when I want some “good” Potbelly.They can be really careless at this location. I only like to get food there when a certain 2 persons are working because I know my food will be good. ????????????????
This is the most disgusting potbelly I ever been too. The waitress are unprofessional and never know what is going on and the general manager is beyond disrespectful. After ordering from this particular shop Multiple times I will no longer refer or bring anymore business. They are sloppy and and burn food. (Potbelly on Telegraph & 12 mile rd)
The workers and their customer service are amazing! Would highly recommend supporting this establishment. 10 stars out of 5.
Never in my life have I come across people this rude. Got there at 7:45 ordered and sat to eat because they close at 9pm. As I was eating the two girls working night shift said and I quote “you need to get up and put your sandwich away because we want to clean now” I politely told them that the shop closes at 9 and she said “that’s not my problem we want to clean now so we can go home early” I can honestly say I thought I was dreaming bc of how shocked I was. I wanted 5 minutes to eat my sandwich before I get back to my night shift at the hospital near by and I was basically bullied into leaving. I hope the owner talks to his employees about proper customer service because this is unheard of. If you’re lazy and want to be “home early” then don’t work to begin with. Beyond upset, not a way to treat humans.
Manager is awesome. She remade the sandwich that I ordered without charge.
I order the same particular sub each visit throughout the years in my neighborhood, most recent visit i was shocked the manager and young employees behind the counter were making them without masks
Food was good but the customer service need help not one crew had a smile every last one on shift look like they didn't want to come to work

Food is great, lines are short. People don't wear masks so we try to limit our time here
