Completely unprofessional and don't give a darn about your time or their customers. My family and I waited in drive thru line for 25+ minutes to order our food. When we got to the speaker, there was a note on the speaker saying cash only! In order to use card, we'd have to go inside to order. So we asked since we had already waited in line for so long, could we just order our food and then come in to pay because both of my parents are disabled/handicap and I have an injured back so I can't stand long. The lady nor the manager cared and told us we'd still have to come inside, wait in line all over again and order to order. We asked is there a long line inside she said no only 3 people in line. I stated this isn't right to their customers especially because there was no sign to let people know in advance about the cash only and was an inconvenience to all customers! The manager then proceeded to ignore us!!! So we decided we weren't gonna waste money at this establishment and when we pulled forward we saw it was wayyyyy more than 3 people in line!!! Extremely bad customer service and I will be filing a complaint with corporate!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION!!!!
The drive through wait time was horrible only to finally get to the mic to order and see a sign that said cash only. The person that took my order said cash only through the drive through but if I wanted to come inside I could use a debit or credit card. Luckily I had a $10 on me because after waiting 15 mins to order parking and going inside wasn't something I was willing to do. The overall food taste was mediocre.
Terrible, Terrible customer service! Young kids running the place and clearly have no clue! They are rude, they make very rude comments to customers and the place is filthy! This one used to be the best one. I waited almost 30 minutes in line to pull to the window for.them to tell me they only take cash and if I want to use my card I have to come in and order. Well, that doesn't make sense at all! Waited another 20 minutes inside. Got home the biscuits could have been used in an NHL game, the chicken was the tiniest chicken I have ever seen! Where is Gordon Ramsey lord they need help!
If I could give them zero stars I would this location use to be good and my favorite one to come to but not anymore and FYI: If you are buying drinks from here be sure to check it because I found little flying bugs in my lemonade and I know it come from the ice machine so I will never buy another drink from here. I went through drive thru and they had a cash only sign up come on now I mean I don't carry cash all the time hardly ever how are running this business like that they need to get it together or close down.
Went there today for the first time. Really Bad Experience. Waited 40 mins in the store for a pickup ordered via Popeyes mobile app. Didn't receive any apologies, greetings, or any proper explanation. On top of that I didn't get what I ordered, didn't get any sauces. There were lot of workers but the pace was painfully slow. Many customers were waiting like me, and complaining their lackluster service
Stay away from this place. Obviously managed very poorly. Rude people working at drive-thru and cash only. They only have pre-made sandwiches so you have to take what they give you. They didn't have any sides or chicken nuggets. Girl working at the window just trying to get a paycheck. She couldn't be bothered with customer service. I would give zero stars if possible.
Good chicken. Really good rice and beans. Only complaint is I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they substituted the hot/spicy for 3 pieces. Really bad since I have ulcers. The board that shows the menu was down so I couldn't order anything extra since I'm unfamiliar with the menu.
Short line today so I drive in and ordered two flounder fish sandwiches. They said I had to wait 5 minutes so they have me pull over to wait. 5 minutes pass and a strange guy comes out and hands me a bag. My sandwich was the worst thing I’ve ever had.. hard piece of fish overcooked slapped between a flat bun . No sauces, tarter sauce Nothing on the sandwich or included in the bag.. Never again
Do not order online from this popeyes chicken! I ordered online and once I arrived they said they did not have any of the items of my order and told me that I needed to cancel the order online but they did not know what I needed to do to cancel it. By this time my card had already been charged the amount of the food they did not have. I had to get back in line after I realized there was no option to cancel the order online. I had to ask for a managerand demand that they either issue me a refund there or give me the amount of money I spent online in the food they had available. The manager was very rude and irritable during the whole expereince. Popeyes needs to do better!!
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen ???????? Ordered Louisiana spicy chicken and spicy sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwich was good as usual but signature chicken we ordered spicy but got regular and was bad & not taste good. We ordered many times before and first time bad experience. Not sure what happened and recommend franchise / store manager to check chicken quality. Changing 4 star to 2 star and will check again and change rating based on next experience.
