My husband placed my Order through the drive thru. He was the only one in line the entire time he was there. It took about ten minutes for the food to show up. Asian Salad. Got it home and it was the Wrong Order. I would've eaten it anyway because I was so hungry ( and we live 20 minutes away) but it was corn chowder which I don't like and some scary looking sandwich. I called to complain and spoke with the manager who told me to bring it back and he would fix it. He did. I had asked him what he was going to do for me for our trouble and he said he'd give me a dining coupon . It is for a pick two order. My husband returned through the same drive through window. Still no one in line. Still waited in excess of five minutes . Still same server at the window. My husband asked how this had happened since he was the only one there to which not only did he not get any answer but was just glared at by the server. No apologies. Not even a kind word. Uh huh. I'll be racing right back THERE.I don't think so..

The place is clean and there was no wait to order dine in. I had over $35 in gift cards and my bill came to 14 and some change. Their card machine seemed to be down for some functions yet they did not state this and it still worked for credit cards I was told. It would not accept either gift card my partial one or my new $25 one when I tried swiping them. Staff member was unwilling, saying they were unable, to type in number to redeem cards. I had this happen a few years ago for me as well and they typed in the card number at a Panera no problem. I called Panera's customer service number who verified I had $37.67 and that the store should be able to type in card number if swipe function of card did not work and there should be no problem with my cards. Ended up taking customer service's advice and just ordered online. The transaction and redemption of gift card went fine. Not much chicken on chicken salad sandwich ordered. Smoothie was good. I have had better experiences at other Paneras in past. Also the sandwich was $1 more ordered online then in store.

I've had it with Panera! They're way over-priced and they were over-priced pre-COVID, so they can't blame it on that. I just received the salad I ordered via delivery. First, it was the wrong salad. Second, I paid $12 for a bowl of iceberg lettuce, somecilantro, , a few almond slivers and fewer friend wonton chips cilantro

Staff members, very unprofessional as I placed my order. She kept cut me off, because she was talking to a coworker. Then she told me my order was completely, and walk down to next counter. Next, She began screaming out your card was denied. Mind you I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and it was a gift card and she didn't put the information in right. Had to resubmitting the gift card transaction . After waiting and being embarrassed my order was wrong needless to say I cancel the order. ??‍♀️

Had been quite a while I do not eat at Panera, the food was good clean store and bathroom, I had a small salad and my brother had a 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup, that looks delicious.

Hire more people and pay them well. I waited 15 minutes at the register with no-one to sell me a cookie because only a single person was there, probably overworked. I don't blame the worker, I blame the employer.

Ordered the chicken chipotle egg and avocado wrap and was given just egg and spinach on chibatta. If they don't have the product they should probably tell the customer so they don't pay for something they don't want and won't eat. Horrible! Plus I waited for over 5 minutes while no one else was in the drive thru lane and no one ahead of me.

Short-staffed..long wait. Food was cold and not very good!Place in a great location > BUTEmpty!

Since the Southfield stretch of telegraph road doesn't have much good food options. This is probably the best place to get lunch and dinner with good value. I don't like their bakery, Meijer taste better. Sandwiches and soups have pretty good portion with decent price in today's economy

Ordered from here a few days ago and did a curbside pickup. I ordered a Medium fountain drink but was told they were out of Carbination. They gave me can of Diet Pepsi.... I can live with that... The drink expired in February... It's April... What other old food do you guys have in there?
