Greek salad with grilled chicken was a joke. For $13.00the chicken was tiny dry cubesAnd probably less than a 1/4 cup total.and to top it off that. The amount of pita bread was 1/2 a piece.Come on

If this is the future of dine in restaurants count me out... at this national coney island in southfield you order and pay at the front counter. Then you sit with a number at the table and wait for your food. Beter hope it's slow, if 3 groups of people walk in the next person will be waiting outside in-line. Also, expect paper plates, plastic forks/knives and Styrofoam cups...no more real plate ware, guess they can't keep up with a dishwasher? Oh, and expect dirty tables...never saw anyone visit the dining room to clean any tables and people leave messes on the table as the leave...can't totally blame them as a restaurant typically has busboys...not this location.

It was excellent. The staff was quite pleasant, and the meal arrived promptly after I placed my order. The prices were extremely fair. The coneys could need a little more chile, in my opinion. It's a great spot, but it's not my favorite part of Coney Island.

I work at the Jersey Mikes three minutes from this location, was craving a corn beef sandwich and called in my order 3/30/22. The lady who answered the phone had an attitude and was basically rushing me off the phone. I go to pick up my order, get back to work and my order is all the way wrong. I ordered a corn beef sandwich and got a patty melt. I didn’t have time to go back up there so I ended up throwing my food away. The patty was dry so I wasn’t even going to eat the messed up order. I wont be back!

It was good. Staff was very friendly and food came out fast after placing order. Prices were very reasonable. I feel as if the coneys could use a little more chili. Great spot, but not my favorite Coney Island.

It was a horrible experience i normally go to roseville national but i was in the area i came in a sat down down as you would at roseville THE MANAGER Said She Seen Us And TRIED TO GET OUR ATTENTION when we walked in And Let Us Sit There Tiill We Thought we Was Being ignored for 15 mins we asked the managaer about it and said we had to order and pay at the front there was a group of ppl at the front and the sign was hiding to the side to make this a better experience ppl train your MANAGEMENT IN Appropriate customer service skills AND MAKE A BIGGER SIGN

I had the worst experience. I placed a curbside order with tip. I called like it stated on the parking spot. First cashier said I will be right out. It was maybe 5 people inside sitting eating. Not crowded. 10 mins later no one came out. People started coming and going. I call again and was told by the second cashier I will be right out. 10 mins later no one. It appears that they want you to come inside. If that was the case just say so. I get out after five more mins. The cashier said my order was sitting atThe counter for 10 mins. Now she told me 15 mins before she would be right out. Tips are expected but service is terrible. I get home my order is missing what I purchased. I call ask for a Manger and was purposely left on hold for 10 mins with no return to the phone. I spent $50 and the food was not good. The lady at the counter had a Oh well attitude.Improve the night shift. I could have went anywhere to spend money but I won't return due to bad service.

I went to National Coney. When my order was brought to me, I was handed a Coke. I ordered Sprite. I was told “oh well that’s what is on your ticket”. I was then asked if I wanted to give her a tip AFTER that response. Maybe if you had fixed my order, like I asked. Then the credit card machine didn’t work. And once I got home I had a dry gyro sandwich with no sauce and I had less than 1/2 a box of fries. Maybe if you are going to be stingy with fries, have different size boxes like McDonald’s!

Worst service ever? Unorganized.. I waited 40 minutes for a carryout in an uncrowded restaurant. The cashier touched the money, her hair and then bagged the food. Every time I asked about my food they said 15 more minutes it was 2 cooks and 3 waitresses. I watched people enter after me and walk out with food. In this instance Im glad I went inside instead of curbside to see how my food was being handled and demand it be served more sanitary. If I could rate a -5 I would. Oh, my order was simple hash browns with onions pancakes bacon and an omelet. I guess there were a total of 25 people between seating doordash and carry out. Even after the long wait my food was still cold. They offered no apology for the wait.

By far the worse, First they made the food wrong and instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering to remake the food, the hostess put a side of chili in a what one would consider a side car cup. Worse customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
