Do you like waiting 30 mins to get through a line of 5 cars? If so, this place is the place for you!I have a pretty good feeling that this location is terribly managed. I mean why else would it take so long to get through the drive through? Do yourself a favor and go to Burger King. Avoid this place at all costs.
It's a McDonald's, so you know what the food will be like, but good luck actually getting it. Driving room locked at 730 on a Monday. Waited half an hour for 2 cars to get through the drive thru, left as soon as I wasn't boxed in. There were 5 more cars waiting at the window. Not worth trying anymore, order takeout literally anywhere else and you will have it faster than here.
Refused a mobile order that I had receipt for on phone and email confirmation it was paid. I confirmed correct location. All I was getting was 2 ice cream cones and a small fry. They refused to provide food. Wanted me to wait until order popped up on their end. Who knows when that would be. They said I need to take it up with the app.
Giving 5 stars to Samantha for handling a dinner rush very professionally. Professional, courteous and understanding. It would be nice to see her in charge of multiple restaurants or a large organization one day. Thanks!
Fast service, but look at this thing. No sauce at all, two dried out pickles, and a bun bordering on burnt. Just save yourself the two minutes and go to Burger King instead, it's twenty feet down the road.
Very unprofessionalManager was out of uniform on her phone went to the back of the restaurant and was on the phone loud and very rude. Dirty grease I got two fries and it looked like they had pepper on them. Took them inside and the manager said oh my employees must not have cleaned the grease today lol how unprofessional to a customer that is . I told her just wanted my money back !!!!I will never order from here in life !!!!
I will never go here again every single time I go to this McDonald's they get something wrong in my order or forget something today they didn't miss anything but my large order of fries weren't cooked all the way and half filled. I've been double charged here and then not even told I was double charged. An entire 20 piece has been forgotten.Do not waste your money after a hard day's Work on this service. If you need Micky D's drive 4 miles north and go to the McDonald's at orchard lake because the drive is worth the missing the headache.
They rushed me through the drive thru line. I was the only car there. Fries were cold. My daughters nuggets in her happy meal were cold. Could tell it was a bunch of young irresponsible kids and no adult management present and if there was then they don't care about there job either. Won't be back
Ordered online, waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me at the window, after I paid, that they didn’t have smoothie mix. Which is all I ordered. Didn’t even get a refund. The people there are ghetto
This place is definitely NOT 24 hour. Went to pick up a mobile order and no one was there. I want my money back. Should update the online times to avoid this.
