I called this place over 10 times the prior day to ordering food for our store. No one ever answered the phone. Called at many different times of the day and sometimes 2-3 times in a row. Finally called the day of to place an order for 60 people and I told the supervisor I was going to pay cash. When my driver got there to pick up 18 pizzas and 8 cheese breads he was told they wouldn’t give us the pizza because we were paying in $100 bills. The total was $225 and we took $230 there. We should have been told before going there that they don’t accept $100 bills. I argued with the manager on the phone and he still wouldn’t give us the food or accept cash. Which is illegal and also let a very nice lady use her credit card that we didn’t even know and we gave her the cash. This is the worst experience I have ever had and they allowed 60 people to stay hungry waiting for food. Do not go to this little Cesar’s. Hopefully it was cooked good not sure we will find out soon. This all happened today 7/9/2022. The 60 people that were waiting will all know this story and this little Cesar’s will never get any of our business again. What a shame. This place will not be in business long acting like this. Hope the owner sees this I’m almost tempted to go higher up. Not sure yet. Very disappointed!!!! On top of all of this they didn’t even have our order ready so we had to wait almost an extra 2 hours. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Do not buy pizza here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased 2 pizzas and both were old! I called the store and it took them a while to come to the phone! The young man that finally answered said he couldn’t do anything if I did not bring the pizzas back! Gas is extremely high! They should not be selling old pizza!!!!!!!! I asked the young man could I speak with a manager and he left me on hold!!!!!!!
I use to not buy anything from this location. Service was HORRIBLE.!!! But Service here has been great !!! It’s not the same store . Complete 360 !! Great Service . The store manager tall black guy is really GREAT at what he do. He needs a RAISE ?? Very friendly and cleaner environment!! No hassle or long wait . Pizza was FRESH !!
Cold terrible barely any sauce almost no cheese
Ordered 2 items off of the menu on on the portal. One item was apparently not available. The manager felt the best course of action was to cancel my order and refund me. I was never contacted. Drove all the way there completely unaware my order had been cancelled. Got a half-hearted apology from the cashier.
On 2-21-22 I visited the Evergreen Plaza location. I was told no custom orders. They’re short handed and we’re closing at 7pm instead of 7:30. I called earlier and was told they close at 7:30. I wasn’t allowed to order crazy bread which takes about 15 minutes. There were at least 3 people working. I’ve been to other locations with 3 people working and didn’t have problems with a “custom order.” I’ll continue to got to the location on 10mile/Telegraph.
Went in and the pizza was horrible and old. Threw it out after one bite. The staff was all yelling at each other and didn't know what was going on. Looks like a lot of disorganization.

I ordered online for delivery. For some reason there was multiple door dash drivers. Someone took my pizza and never delivered it, HOWEVER there was a driver IN THE STORE THAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY PIZZA. They refused to remake it EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A DRIVER IN STORE WITH THE ORDER. Don’t order from here. A bunch of rude people.
The store says it closes at 9. I’m here at 630 the door is open with employees there saying they are close. They do this often. It’s best to just not come here
