food was cold fcked up flavorless... I have no clue why they changed ish I been goin here for over 10 years......THIS IS THE WORST BULLSHYT EVER!!!!! WASTED MY MONEY........
I used to love the food here. However, they have gone down Hill. They do not follow directions. Therefore I didn't get what I paid for. They've stacked up cups and bowls so you can't see how they're preparing your food. HATE THIS PLACE. NEVER AGAIN!
The crew were absolutely friendly and professional. The food was fresh and great did not have to wait a long time for my food. Delicioso! Good job guys!
Waited an hour in the drive thru for a burrito and 3 tacos with 2 cars in front of us. Missed an appointment because we got boxed in. At least have them pull into the parking lot if it's going to take so long. I cannot afford to get stuck like that again. The food was good though.
I ordered catering for my work in Pleasant Ridge and it arrived just on time. Everything was separated to where it made sense and everyone loved it. About 30 people all raved about the taco bar! Thanks again for delivering this to us, count us as a regular customer going forward! PS Churros are a MUST!!!
When this location first opened up it was amazing. As it gained its popularity with the community the food stayed the same still great but the prices sky rocketed! I can't remeber the last time I paid 35 dollars for six tacos oh wait.. yes I can. It's the last time I ate there. Authentic yes pricey very! A few set backs were Long lines for carry out and they don't offer fried ice cream anymore. Other than that The food here is a he'll of alot better than taco bell. ?
Had a great catering experience with this business. Provided lunch to about 25 people who all raved about the taco bar! Churros are a must.
Definitely some of the best local Mexican food I’ve ever had! Due to the pandemic I had to order online but it was completed earlier than expected, it was fresh and hot, and very filling. I have no complaints. Thank you for your great and speedy service.
Food is good. Will dine elsewhere they prices have went up tremendously the two taco lunch use to be $8 now its gone up to $15 and that is just crazy. But people will pay and keep them in business just not me.
Consider skipping online ordering at busy times: the COVID era has injected a major flaw into Las Cazuelas when the dining room is locked, but there isn't enough staff to answer the phone and bring your order out. So, you end up in the half hour drive-thru line... except that your food is already ready, so now you get to wait another half hour to collect your cold order. Hope things get back to normal someday.EDIT: Updated to four stars IF you skip online ordering. To Las Cazuelas: thanks for your response. Please consider shutting off online ordering entirely, or give the staff the ability to shut it off temporarily when they're in the weeds.
