The customer service is phenomenal. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Everyone is greeted with a smile. The food is amazing, its very obvious that the cooks take pride in making every dish delicious for every customer they serve. Thank you Nick for your hospitality on 6-12-22 while my son and I was waiting for our carryout. You offered us a seat and gave us both complimentary beverages! Keep providing your customers service excellence and you will remain number one in the service industry.
One of our favorite places to go for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The wait staff is super friendly, and on occasion you will catch the owner dining at a table nearby. Warm and cozy atmosphere. I love the fireplaces. Great food & good portion sizes. Great family owned business to support.
L George's Coney is a very warm, family oriented restaurant where all the employees are extremely friendly and greet you with an authentic feel as soon as you walk through the door. The food is delicious no matter what you order off the menu. My only slight gripe would be things missing from my order from time to time if I'm being honest. I know it isn't intentional as I usually order alot for my family. Other than that the service is excellent and the food is delivered fresh, hot and fast. Highly recommended!
I purchased a grilled chicken salad about 1 month ago! I've been ordering salads from here for over a year. I ate half my salad and the next day attempted to finish the other half. I was chewing a piece of chicken and chewed a hard piece. As I went to spit it out I noticed it was a piece of plastic. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He wanted me to send him a picture on his personal cell. He told me to save the salad and to bring it in when I could. I asked if I was unable to come in in 1 yr if he would still like me to save the salad and he said yes. This was totally unprofessional and I will not return to this establishment.
My granddaughter was having a bad day at work. The waitress was great, she even offered her a job.. We had a great experience
Love this place! Whenever I'm in the area I make it a point to stop by. The portion sizes are large and food always tastes good. Servers are nice and food comes quickly. My favorite is the house omelete which is stocked full of meat. I haven't been able to find an omelets this filling anywhere else.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order over the phone with specific details. The order was repeated back to me confirming my details. I picked my order up and went back to school and noticed that my entire order was completely wrong! I asked for a Jays chicken sandwich and was given a pita. I asked for chili fries with sliced American cheese no squeezed and they did the total opposite. When I called and informed them they told me in order to get my money back I had to bring the food back which is totally unacceptable. My school is no where near the restaurant and I drove all the way there to get my order just for them to give me the wrong food and they refused to refund me unless I drove all the way back just to return the food that they would throw away anyway. That’s horrible customer service for a mess up they made. I even told him that I took photos of the wrong food before my professor had throw the food away because food is not allowed in a lab. His response was “well I would’ve told my teacher don’t touch my food if you didn’t pay for it and there is nothing we can do for you without the food being returned”. Literal worst experience with a coney ever!
I was very satisfied with the customer service. The young lady we had serving us was very attentive, punctual, and alert to our needs. She os kind and sweet and greats us with a smile. With me living in Charlotte, North Carolina. It felt great to finally get a taste of home.
It has changed a great deal. Bye that I mean the price and the food. I will not return to this place again. The waitress sitting at the counter had a very bad mouth. Hard core language. Sad ,no I will not recommend this place. The burger wasn't good at all.
The young ladies that work there are very nice. Chili fries are bomb! Also LOVED the tree
