Not to bad. Ni still need my miney for my time or no mire help this cost me i have to be paid for my time. Just like everybidy elseright or i have to find a bitter job that will pay. Bessessottom line i have to be paid no body live for free right everybp some ody must pay. Dealing with this crazy personnalilties can be a big trip some times. Some things to stressfull not wath while in my appritionUnless hell of go money. Not being satifiedVery unhappy with not rerecieving money forTime spent. I dont think i czn keepgoing on like tjis. Ordered a #8 which is five chicken strips, fries, biscuit, slaw and a choice side (I chose Mac n cheese), but they were out of biscuits. Friend wanted a chicken sandwich but they were out of those as well. When we got home, I found that neither of us had fries or slaw. They did not ask for which sauce I wanted either so i got nothing. The chicken was good but the rest was disappointing.

What's the point of ordering online if the food is never ready on time? The staff isn't very friendly or well versed in hospitality. Also it really annoys me to be waiting for the food that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago and hear the staff in the back laughing and having a grand old time. ?

Very disappointed this was the worst KFC I've ever had to deal with the guy was very rude and they told us we could only get 2 large mashed potatoes for sides there would be no substitute even though we spent $40 on family meals.even though they had other sides and the lady tried to ask him if she could she give me something else besides two mashed potatoes very large mashed potatoes with gravy the guy said no and was very rude to her and told her to get over there and do her job not going back there again. And the food was not exceptional like they had cooked it and it sat there a while, KFC used to be the best chicken place in the world no one can touch those herbs and spices now I couldn't even taste the spices please don't cut back on the quality of your work.

Chicken ? ? breast combo n KFC ? bowl ? combo meals. Both combo's come with drinks ? ?, sides, n a cookie ? ?. Only $6.29 each! "Out the door ?". They used 2 say.( Classic) Everyone needs to make time ⏲️ for this location. Great service ? ? n good people working ? ?‍♀️ here. Even though the restaurant had a line. We received our food ? ☺️ QUICKLY! Fast food at its best. Brand new stop ✋️.

Very disappointed in my purchase. Got two wing meals. The chicken wings were greasy and the size of chicken nuggets. The biscuits were like little bricks.So disappointed, this location use to be the best.

Absolutely the slowest and worst KFC customer service needs help and a faster system needs to be applied. I think the most disappointing part about this whole experience is it is not my first pour experience at this location but the lack of care from the people that actually run this franchise who care nothing about customers once nor knees just about their bottom line in our money that is very sad looking at the reviews this obviously is a reoccurring issue and obviously no efforts have been done to improve it which further let me know and evidence will show that since this KFC is in a location where majority African-American people live even though It is A decent middle-class area it is obvious to show that franchise restaurants in areas where minorities Live have to deal with fast food chains who really do not give any care or concern about their customers but if you go a little bit further up into a white neighborhood where a KFC is you get a totally different experience that is a problem

My son and I went inside this restaurant (KFC 10 mile and Telegraph) 2/22/2022 around 5pm to get dinner. While inside I asked if my 8yo could use the restroom and the reply I got was... No, because our dining area is closed. I asked to speak with the manager of the store because I figured someone would have a heart and let my 8yo son with Autism and ADHD use the restroom while I wait on our order. The manager was not helpful at all. The manager also stated... Our dining area is closed! I then stated that I would clean up the restroom when he's done using the restroom and the manager said... you can go to Shields pizzeria to use their restroom. People need to be a little kinder to people because as much as my son and I or anyone deal with on a daily basis, you would think someone would let an 8yo with Autism and ADHD to simply use your restroom. God Bless The workers at this particular KFC and I pray that the owner see this and get them some customer service training because the staff does not have the mindset to use commonsense

I ignored the reviews and warnings. And I paid the price.When people say that they get the wrong order, or items are missing. Believe them.Half the items from my combo never arrived. What a flipping joke this place is. I should get ALL of my money back for a wasted meal and day. Pathetic.

I ordered 3 wings mashed pot and biscuit, that was $8.00 plus no drink after I asked why was 3 items so expensive she didn't say anything or suggested another way to order which would have been less expensive. I not only got another possible way to order, but nor did I receive plastic ware, honey nor napkin. The person just ignored me. I have ordered at this particular KFC for the past 18 years and never have I seen a rude person there until this week. That is why I lowered the scale!
