Prior to deciding to order a “veggie egg white omelette with American cheese and hash browns, I had never eaten at Kerby’s. Now… I’m hooked because I order the same thing even for lunch or dinner. (I really must try something else on the menu.) I usually order carry out in advance and my service has been fairly prompt.
I had wing dings and their version of chili cheese fries called koney fries can't go wrong with that, food was fresh and hot waitress was nice and polite
Food was great, service was good, price is reasonable. I wouldn't normally expect a place like this to have good breakfast food, but the Meat Lovers Omlette surprised me. My only complaint is that the floor was so slippery with grease from being cleaned incorrectly that I legitimately thought I was going to fall down a couple times walking to and from the table.
I was in a big rush! I let them know and friendly staff brought out delicious food right away. Glad I stopped here and I can't wait for my next return. Thanks for everything!
We went for Mother's Day breakfast. The waitress was friendly and attentive to the few of us that arrived first. However as our party grew (which we informed her it would) she quickly lost track of things. Forgotten toast, coffee, food, hot water, etc.Also, during our visit, when we originally requested our drinks the hot beverages were all brought to the table after they had cooled as if forgotten on the counter. So everyone had warm drinks for coffee and tea. When we I formed our waitress she returned with a cooled pot of coffee to serve everyone.Our 88 year old mother whom we were celebrating was forced to order a "Hot" chocolate in the hope that at least that would be hot.After which I reminded the young lady that we were still waiting on our toast we never received from the first group who ordered.In the end, only one person in our group had Hot coffee (out of 5 coffee drinkers). We had one hot cup of tea between two tea drinkers. Missing toast, two undercooked omelets, one over cooked skillet, cold food, and drinks.Now while I understand we did have a large growing group of people (5 to 9), there were issues from start to finish. From the drinks to the food.This has been my consistent experience with this location from being by myself to being in a large group.
Food was amazing.Server was rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there. Zucchini fries were delicious.
Ordered 2 meals. I got pancakes. They sent no syrup. When i called she's said.....sorry....Will never order from here again.
This is usually our favorite Coney Island and we normally visit during the week because the morning waitstaff and management are superb. Today this afternoon we decided to stop by and there were about 5 waitresses. It was not busy at all and for over 30 minutes not one waitress came over to our table. One waitress waited on the guy behind us, one waited on the couple next to us and one waited on the lady in front of us. We were all in the same area and not one of these so called waitresses asked us if we needed anything or took our order. Their excuse not their table. Aside from that they were very loud and unprofessional! If this is the service that this Kerby is going to promote we will no longer visit this particular Kerbys and let our family and friends know what type of poor service we received. Kerby needs to hire a better and more professional waitstaff to serve their Saturday afternoon customers!
Chile the owner had to tell our waitress to finally take our orders. I went with my bestie and we were starving ? only to have bad slow service. The food was okay but the waitress made it worse. Not my choice to go alone I was a passenger on this trip. If we have to return I don't want to sit along that wall right before the bathroom if that's her section.
The waitress was very polite and friendly and she got my order correct so I really can't complain
