I cannot even call them to tell them to switch my order from delivery to pick up as I feared they were busy! They keep putting me on hold, don't answer or disconnect my call. Terrible service, and I wil never order from them ever again!

I went there like a month ago. I ordered a gargantuan, he told me my total, I swiped my card, the receipt printed, I looked down to put my card back into my wallet, and the dude already had the sandwich made before I even put my card away
They still can't get their online orders right. Not even close to what I ordered. I just threw $20 in the trash.
