Extremely slow! Took 16 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Three orders were put ahead of mine and no explanation or apology
very nice employees, always fast, always accurate. what more could you want from a drive thru joint? been going here for a year now and today was the first time they ever messed up my order (during the lunch rush, so they were pretty busy fwiw). they were very nice about replacing the order when i came back to the drive thru. definitely one of the most well operated fast food spots in the area
Let's just say that for a change they made my sandwich right and it was perfect. Anyone should try the unwich vegetarian it is amazing it's like a salad but you can eat it holding it. And the Little John's one can fill you up.
Jimmy John's has changed, but they for got to inform anyone...it was a positive change in my opinion
Literally the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I was the only customer being helped at the time and it took seven minutes to get my order. By the way I ordered one sandwich.
Sandwiches are also good and the service is always freaky fast.

Holy cow that was everything but freaky fast. Only customer in the store. 4 employees. They do also have a drive thru but it took them 20 minutes to make my 4 sandwiches. I waited about 4 minutes after making eye contact with an employee before they acknowledged my existence.
I just left the drive through and I even had the person repeat my order back to me! So I’m not sure how when I get al the way home my order is wrong. I order the number 9 with no onions, no tomatoes. I get home my order has no Mayo add pickles and add hot pepper ! I would never order anything with pickles I’m allergic ! Super disappointing I don’t live up the street to just
