Ordered lunch today (06/08) for a client working session...90 minutes later and it still isn't here. Also, to be clear, our office is 1.5 miles from the store. I would say "should've picked it up," but we definitely won't be back. It's a shame because we used to place group orders 1-2x a week. Time to find a new lunch delivery option in Southfield - recommendations welcome!
They were able to do a same day order....Will placed my order with no problem, I called 6 different places even Subway and Kroger and nobody could accommodate my neice graduation party big ups to this Jimmy John's. I will always come here for all my party and non party needs.
They put mayo on a Vito and the bread was hard. The workers were also very disrespectful. I have a bad experience every time I come to this place. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
I've been ordering from his location for the past 4 years. Since Covid, the delivery has been horrible. I understand people are short staffed. But each time I have ordered, my food has taken over 45 minutes to arrive. Every time I have called they keep telling me they have a driver issue. Today, I ordered and it took almost a full hour. The driver walked in and tossed the food on our counter and left. I am honestly done ordering from this location. All of my co-workers have already.
Messed up 4 sandwiches in a large office order. Waited an hour for them to bring new sandwiches and still were wrong. 3rd time in a row order was wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!
The crew was very friendly and fast, but, both of our sandwiches were missing the Capicola. Maybe they were out, who knows? We were never told or offered a replacement meat. Just felt kind of jipped.
Sub is typically ready before I'm done filling my drink!

Ordered a delivery at Noon, still do not have my food 1.5 hours later.
Placed an online order today. One turkey tom sandwich. Requested delivery and I am literally across the street. I was busy all day so I could not do a pick up. My sandwich took a half hour to get here. I also paid for extra turkey, and I got 4 pieces on it. Wish this establishment was ran better. Seems that nobody cares anymore when someone pays for something they expect to get it.
