I didn't like Jet's pizza for years. I have grown to love to eat their pizza. I really love the crisping of the edges of their pizza. Also, I like that their pizza has a very good pizza sauce ratio to the dough. Would give it a 6 out of 10.
I order fron this Jets all the time,and usually they are on point with their orders, and even if they make a mistake they usually are okay with fixing whatever is wrong..but Today just wasn't the day for that...I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with no Bacon on half and turbo crust on the whole thing..1.There was no Turbo crust2. There was still bacon on majority of the pizza,like there was only 1 slice out of 4(it was a small) that didn't have bacon3.It was posed to be ready in 25min,got there b4 the estimated time and the pizza was already in the warmer waiting and once i got to work to actually eat it..it had no pull to it so the cheese was stiffThe manager never offered to remake my food like they usually do..he had me send in pics and said that it looked fine to him and all he could offer was 10% off my next order..Im just so disappointed in this Jets because it is one of my favorites but today was just a day for them to offer quality costumer service...
Staff was great. The pizza I ordered was good but not what I wanted. However, it's in a very convenient place to pick up and go .Here's the tip: Text your order and you'll save 20% right now. That's a deal that can't be beat.
I tried the cauliflower crust pizza and boy was it good! Healthier than most of the gluten-free crusts which contain ALOT of starch in lieu of wheat flour!
We get this every week from here. Every week it is yummy!!
This place is the worst ,the management will make you want to do wrongful things to them. They are so disrespectful and they hang up on you when you have a problem with your pizza.
These people cannot hear what you're saying on the phone to save their life. The amount of times I had to repeat my order because it wasn't been heard is so frequent that it feels like im playing charades over the phone. The food is alright and it comes in a prompt time but get a new phone line, im tired of the twenty questions game.
Order was ready as promised. The person at the counter was friendly. Order was correct and delicious.
Was so busy doing grubhub orders that the regular customers were left waiting over 45mins for orders that were apparently done and cold sitting off to the side then got mad when people complained POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Neva again
