We ordered 3 pizzas, one thru the app, the other ones face to face for a school function. Never made, kept saying 8 minutes. Thanks a lot, you made some kids very sad. I will never order from this Jets again. On a good note, the girl behind the counter was very nice and apologized.
If I can rate less than one star I would. Definitely terrible. The pizza was like it was sitting for a while with a jar of sauce and oil smacked on it and then served. Never again will I buy from the 12 mile and Southfield rd location again. I’m very upset and unhappy. A waste of money and time. I and my family are really disappointed. ?
If I could give an negative star, I would. Klye, who I was told is the manager, is so rude. One of the employees entered the incorrect pizza order, after my husband to her numerous times that we wanted an 8 corner pizza. Jet's delivered us a regular large pizza. When we called back to request the correct pizza, the manager Kyle, was extremely rude and began to talk over me. He suggest my remedy for waiting for the incorrect pizza for an hour in exchange for another pizza "didn't work for him?" For him!?!? Never mind the paying customer who waits forever for their pizza for their location EVERY TIME WE ORDER!! It didn't work for him!! He hug up on me THREE TIMES!! And he stated he's the manager!!! Unbelievable!!! I WILL NEVER OREDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! Kyle needs to be fired!! His pizza making days should be over!! Kyle shouldn't be the manager of a roach motel!! Unbelievable treatment!!!

We placed two large orders two days in a row for a local high school. This Jet's early opening time was a lifesaver for us, but I wasn't expecting their speedy delivery and their wonderful delivery people! Special thanks to Manager Tim!
My order was wrong and the food was burnt and this location is still making me pay for my food when I wasn’t responsible for this both mangers said they don’t have corporate number and it’s nothing they can do and that can’t do any overrides. I’ll never buy from this terrible place again
They were one of the only restaurants open late after 9 pm. It was good.

During the pandemic you most definitely have more patience and understanding however we were disappointed for a second time. Placed an order over $40 and hadn’t received the delivery in almost two hours. We called and was placed on hold with no return. The food had finally arrived and it was not fresh or warm. We had to reheat the food. It looks as if the pizza had been sitting for an hour before being delivered. We’re most definitely not returning. I really hope they improve their services.
