It's one thing to be running late, that happens. It's another to not even let people know that their order is running late so they can schedule their arrival time correctly. But continuously saying a few more minutes while a customer waits for an order that is 25 minutes late is totally unacceptable.Oh l, and half the pizza was ready on time so that was all nice and cold by the time the order was ready.Leaving a second star only b/c the food is good.

People are real cool there. I'm coming back for more pizza. Soooo good.

Best kosher pizza in the State of Michigan, and if you like a deep dish, I'd say it's the best kosher pizza in the United States! Also, you have to try their falafel pizza. Make sure to ask for only Tahiti; otherwise, you'll get tomatoe sauce too which will not be great

Fantastic fresh bagels. Good prices and service. Highly recommend.

Attempted to get pizza here years ago. But didn't like how I was talked to over the phone. Today, it's was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Everyone was polite, & friendly.Vegan BBQ Chicken Pizza was soooo good. Glad I gave it another shot. ???

Short chubby guy's energy was off. He was also short with customers on the phone.? The young slim gentleman with the glasses was pleasant. Taste of veggie pepperoni was bland, and it was expensive for it to be a small personal. Disappointed. Just tried it because I was in the area and the veggie options were appealing. Shalom.

Customer service was great over the phone and in person. Ill start off by pointing out the dirtiness of the store. As you walk in you can tell the lobby and kitchen area gets cleaned only when they close if that. Very nasty and does not look good at all. My experience with kosher places of business has been amazing all these years until this place. Normally they are very clean and the food doesnt mess you up at all. I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. The first had anchovies and red onion, the second had ground beed and green peppers. None of the 2 pizzas were cut into slices?. Both were burned around the edges. The anchovies tasted good but the other pizza had a very wierd taste. As soon as i finished both pizzas i spent the next 6 or 7 hours running back and forth to the bathroom. I dont know what happend but this place should have the city come and inspect their store. I appreciate them having gluten free as an option but whatever i experienced was NOT a good feeling at all.

I have been a customer of Jerusalem Pizza and its owner Brian Jacobs, the King of Kosher, for many years - since the beginning. The pizza is excellent as are the sandwiches, soups, chili, and pretty much everything on the menu. There is tremendous variety and creativity on the menu, and I've never had anything that wasn't very good to excellent. There are many kinds of very interesting pizzas and toppings you won't ever find anywhere else. Brian is a mensch and he, his wife, Rivka, and staff are very nice and professional. It is a pleasure to patronize this establishment. You will never be disappointed. I have never had a single bad experience in many, many years of ordering from this restaurant. I've been a customer for at least two decades, probably more. And I've even had business meetings with clients here. You will be happy you tried this place. Great kosher food and just plain great food in its own right. You don't have to be Jewish to eat here.

Wow, the variety of pizza can make one dizzy. And eating all of it will make you fat! ? Personally I like the classic, New Yorker, kishke, bbq chicken and probably some others that don't come to mind now. My kids are picky, otherwise I would've likely tried most of them by now. Cheese sticks are a hit in my family too.

Best pizza in the Midwest. Brian and Rivka are always ready to turn the buy into a nice visit.
