Service was TERRIBLE! It was so terrible, in fact, that after waiting and being passed by, while the waitresses served 3 other customers that came in after I did, I decided to leave. Prior to leaving I decided to make a complaint with the owner/manager. This person was very dismissive and proceeded to tell me how short staffed they were (mind you they had plenty of wait staff when we were there) instead of listening to and responding to my complaint. He finally gave a very dismissive and insincere “I’m sorry”He did not offer any solutions or even try to make the situation better in any way.I will never visit this restaurant again and will discourage others from doing so as well.
Very clean atmosphere, amazing food with friendly, kind staff. 10/10 recommend
I've lived in the area for 30years and always wondered about this restaurant. Finally I visited. I walked in, to place a carry out order and no one was at the counter. I caught the eye of a cook in the back and he came running out to the front counter. As a black man, I could feel from his demeanor that he thought I was there rob the place. He took my order and disappeared to the back of the restaurant. Suddenly someone else appeared to take my money. "Who are you" you don't know what I ordered. After establishing my order, I paid and waited 20 minutes for 2 Coney dogs.The next time I visited to place a carry out order, there were 3 people at the counter, when I approached, all 3 bowed their heads to look at their phones. One finally asked for my order while on her phone. I asked if she could at least look at me. Suddenly a guy appeared asking if there was a problem. I placed an order for 2 Coney dogs and waited 30 minutes.I will never visit again. I'll go back to the Coney on Evergreen and 10 Mile. They appreciate your patronage. Hellenic does not. Hellenic just wants your black dollars and for you to get the f out.
Local neighborhood Greek owned resturant has with stood the test of time... meaning Covid era.Menu food items in variety of selections. Friendly waitresses. Chicken fingers and Greek salad today. Salad was fresh but had few pieces of lettuce turning brown. I won't be so harsh on this review but they need to be mindful of this!
I have been going to this place for years. The food is always good and fresh. They have their own signature sauce. You will like it.
This place has the best wait staff I’ve been going there for about 8 years now and I’m still satisfied never a bad experience here.

Pretty laid back, I came in to meet someone and wasn't bombarded like most places that are only out for the buck until you pay, then they rush you out with lack of a simple refill on simple water, I highly recommend this restaurant, decent fried Mushrooms to.
Omg is all I have to say about the Hot Chicken Past....Best pasta everrrrr and the service is superb. All the food is delicious
Owner/cook is a huge rude jerk. Basically kicking us out 10 minutes after closing told us it was time for us to go!!!! Insulting, mean and not cool! The girls said we could continue until they were done cleaning. The waitresses Ariel and Jimmy are always cool and do a great job, I have been coming there for 20+ years!!!!!!! I am so done for a while if not ever going back! As a long time manager, this is unacceptable! Sitting watching them clean now from my car...he could have given us a few more minutes. He was so dang rude about it!
