My bacon cheeseburger and fries were really good, but be aware it will cost you about $25 dollars for 1 person!
Would give more stars but the way customers and employees are treated here is horrible. Walked in, placed my order and a tall blonde lady took my order super rudely and then basically through my change at me.She went over the the line, started throwing stuff and talking to the 2 other employees like they were trash. Then proceeded to tell the 2 male gentleman that If they weren’t there by 10am on Saturday that they were cut and she didn’t care. Then started yelling at them becuase they were working to slow. Employees shouldn’t be treated like this. Everyone is under pressure and they just had 10 orders in a row including door dash orders. Someone needs to take action with this behavior. No employee should be talked to like this in front of customers and no employee should be talked to like this in a work place.Nobody knows what someone is going through on a daily and should be kind to others.I was super appalled by this….
Great spot for burgers, fries, and milkshakes. Not a fan of the hot dogs. Customer service is always upbeat and super helpful.
Worst five guys period food is great but staff is always not caring about a damn thing they take they time they look at you like (why are you here) and if you ever order doordash from them good luck getting your food they will always decline the orders. Staff gets a negative star review from me ill never go here nor ever recommend anyone to go here.
My family ordered burgers online this evening, very disappointed. Never have we experienced such small and dry burgers. My husband had a double with lots of topping, his lettuce & tomatoes were missing, his burger was like a kids happy meal burger & dry. My daughter had a bacon cheeseburger which had one piece of bacon, dry and again the size of a happy meal burger. This was a waste of money. Will not be returning to this location.
Very good experience! Place was well maintained and cleanLiked the upbeat interaction with the employees. Paul was professional and friendly. Will come back again. Best fries and burgers ever!
I PICKED UP A BURGER AND FRIES FOR A FRIEND. I WAS REALLY TAKEN ABACK BY THE PRICES. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF IT IS ORGANIC GRASS FED BEEF IN A NICE SIT DOWN RESTAURANT BUT IT SURE ISN'T!!
The last three times I’ve been there I’ve gotten either old fries with no seasoning or just old fries. Always the same guy making them and never any better. Waste of money
I really like this restaurant. Has a cool friendly staff. Parking is a little crowded but it's ok. Definitely recommend if you love burgers although it is a little expensive.
wonderful service and the manager was awesome with my large order! I even forgot to order fries and was going to give her $5 for the register and she had me give it to her employees as a tip! much love
