Just left on new years eve. Spent $16 on a quart of gumbo. There is no meat in it. It's just soup. And I can't even call back. The phones are busy.
Arrived at restaurant and it's closed at 7:50pm hour's of operation on the door reads 9pm closed time. This is the second time this has happened to me. The last time I came to this place it was closed at 8:15pm please update date your hours of operation.
I would like to convey my dissatifiaction of the employees of Fresh Fish House at the Greenfield location. After working my long 8 hour day of servicing others I tried to call in and place an shrimp dinner order due to COVID at around 7pm. No one answer the phone. So I drove over to the Greenfield location to place my order with my mask. The sign stated they were open,and no more than 5 people were allowed in the store at once, and the food was still presently available in the showcase, there was only one person present and two workers. I was greeted by the young worker asking if I had placed an order this was at 7:30pm, I advised her I had tried around 7pm but no one answered so I was unable to. The worker then told me that they were not taking orders over the phone and that is why the phone went unanswered and that I was unable to place an order because they were closed. Which completely makes no sense because the establishment clearly has a sign that it is open until 8pm which I stated to the worker who stated that's why she loves her job with the other other worker agreeing jovially. I left tired,drain and hungry without further antagonizement from the staff. If they truly love there jobs than they should consider being more courteous and understanding to customers who go out there way to parton the Fresh Fish House. Right now in our current COVID status emotions and fears are heightened and jobs are not easy to come by, so I felt compelled to make management and anyone else willing to listen aware of the kind of staff they have working for them. There are small businesses throughout this state as well as others, that want and need customers support. I guess Fresh Fish House doesn't really give a damn. At least that is what their employees portray.

We had a wonderful time at this place. We liked the wonderful ambience and the meals. The staff members were very attentive. I am glad we ultimately managed to visit this place.
Decent food. Really decent.
There chicken wings was very good french fries okra,shrimps,fish, coleslaw,crab cakes and there banana pudding was all great will be back for more me and my family
Rude rude rude I want be going back no time soon!!! I walk out, not going spend my hard earn dollars and be treated badly by there staff
Great food as always, I especially enjoy the fried okra.
I love that they are cooking in a world full of microwave restaurant.
