This location will close due to staff with a combined IQ of 20. I order a simple bagel and cream cheese then tell me to pull around like I'm waiting on a fried chicken sandwich. When they finally give me my bag they decide to give me a sausage egg & cheese.. I will never spend a dollar at this stupid location again..
Tried to get a smoothie and my guy hit me with "i been here since the morning" it's (1pm) and idk if he can make smoothie right now (idk who is he talking about) anyway and he took a second to think about it then said no smoothies ? what a service.... to anyone who goes to work and he doesn't feel like working just stay home pls management needs to check on their workers a bit more.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a TERRIBLE ran Dunkin’…. Very frustrating everytime I go. Lack of observing from the employees. Constantly on their phones. Order is ALWAYS wrong. Such a waste of money.

Just witnessed a worker put her fingers in her mouth and take a part someone’s sandwich and dig through it and put it back together. Took forever to get the wrong drink order to. Trashy location. How is this place not shut down yet
Spend the few extra dollars and go next door to Starbucks. There has never, EVER been a time where I've gone here and not had to take my order back in for being incorrect. Then the attitudes! No apologies, no remorse. Stay away from this location!
Very sad .Poor customer service. Inhuman and lot of violations.Ordered a tomato toasted + avacado sandwich.Egg and cheese croissant. Hash browns and Small hot cappuccino.Person taking order had earbuds, was very happy talking on a personal call. I was sure did not pay attention to the order.To be correct and sad fi ding out that order indeed was incorrect.Tried to indicate the person preparing that, roasted tomatoes are missing from the order.The prepare mentioned she can do anything, if I did not order it " rudely"Above all that, saw the avacado falling down and her putting it back on the toast." Trying to save time???"All in all very poor .I hope they are not feeding their kids at home in such a manner.Very disgusted.Had to politely get out, without creating a scene..But, I have developed a disgust overall.Urge everyone to be open minded and very big hearted and great immunity, if you decide to eat at this location.
It's a Dunkin Donuts in metro Detroit.You already know the experience you will have. Troublesome ordering, orders needing correcting, the inability to fill certain orders ( even when calling ahead ).Still, the service isn't as bad as the average Detroit/metro Detroit fast food outlet.
I never get coffee here but I wanted to try something new. I did drive through and the staff seamed to rush me. I got a coffee and was asked to drive around and waited 30 min in my car. I ended up having to walk inside to get the coffee. Upside to it all. The coffee was good. Otherwise I would have been very upset
Very disappointed in my experience. Employee behind the counter who later identified herself as a manager was quite rude exhibiting poor customer service and poor sanitary practices. Observed helping a customer at register while texting on her phone in her left hand and sneezing then rubbing her nose with her gloved right hand while capping the customer coffee drink. Continued to text on her phone while cashing out the customer. I asked her to wash her hands, get new gloves and put down her phone before helping me and she agreed but walked away from the counter to give me time to order. Her co worker came to the register and I suggested that there should be a mindfulness for customer service and no one should be texting on their phone while helping a customer. That employee said that the other employee was a manager. The manager overheard me and says that she will wash her hands so "is there any other problem because I am the manager". I expressed my concern with her poor hygiene and poor customer service due to texting on her phone while helping a customer. She was dismissive of my concern and stated that she was texting the owner anyways. I tried to reiterate my point but her tone turned more negative and I decided to leave and go patronize the 10 mile & Telegraph location of DD/BR instead. I won't come to this location again and strongly recommend the owner reevaluate the operations at this location.
