Butter pecan iced coffee with 2 shots of espresso was tasty
4 stars. I usually get the same thing everytime. Latte, glazed doughnuts. Doughnuts always taste fresh when i get them. The lattes are always perfect, however the latte machine isnt always perfect. Also the outdoor menu is getting pretty bad. The staff is always great! My orders is always correct, the wait is never long! My go to dunkin.
They are not well organized! They need to work together more as a team!
Only raring 3 stars bc the staff was nice and they have a drive thru- but the coffee was horrible. Ordered a cold brew and you could see it was watered down. Thought maybe if I stirred it, it would be ok cause maybe it was just the ice- yea no. It tasted like water with a splash of coffee. Asked for it to be remade as just a iced coffee instead and when they gave me back the 2nd one it was like they poured straight sugar in it (i didnt even ask for sugar bc i get the carmel syrup added smh) . It was waaayyy too sweet. I had to make my own coffee at home and just use this one as a creamer lmao. I get the same exact thing every time I come to a dunkin and this was the worst.
This franchise hasn't been good since the 70s.

Didnt have anything for breakfast sandqwiches, very few dougnuts. Just not a good look.
Have come a couple times. Service has been good, but it isn't clear when they are open for dine in. Was late to an online class cause they only had their drive thru open. They need to make it more clear online or even at least at their location.
I don’t know how this location have any stars!!!! They have been TERRIBLE for years… today I went back after not going there for two years. This location never have ANYTHING today I went though the drive through and ask did they have any donuts… the lady said “no”, of course they didn’t, and then I asked can I get two frozen coffees, the lady said the blinder is broke so she can’t make them. I just pulled off! I was mad at myself because I knew better than to go to that raggedy place!
Even though the employee on this shift was amazing and excellent I will give this one three stars because I found hair in my croissant ham and cheese egg sandwich it look like it could have been mouse particle or shaving or rat particle or shaving or human hair a human eyelash I was so Dishonored
