The staff was very nice, and helpful. The food was delicious. I did carry out.
Whenever I call They pick up and put me immediately on hold no “please hold” or anything. They never click over to my call even after waiting 20 minutes. I actually really liked this place but between the horrible customer service in the store and over the phone I wont eat here again
I go here every Friday and get the same thing for pick up. One pound of snow crab and 1/2lb of shrimp. Started about 6 months ago. They do not disappoint. In recent visits they’ve been a little short on sauce in the bag however, every time I mention it they put more in my bag for free. Also, my order has only been wrong 1 time out of all of the visits I’ve made here. I absolutely love this location and will most likely make the drive every Friday once I move.

Stopped in at this place for the 1st time, my friend wanted to try it, I don't eat out very much, my choice, but this was the biggest mistake ever. Got the food home, the shrimp were hard as a brick, the oysters were hard, the catfish had the same breading as the shrimp, corn tasted like it was just boiled in plain water. I will never EVER visit this place again. I can cook better than this, and they have the nerve to ask for a TIP. MY tip to you is stop breading everything in the same meal. HORRIBLE. You don't deserve 1 star. I had fish and shrimp in my freezer at home, next time, I WILL COOK MY OWN.
I have read where people say that they wouldn't give any stars. Today I feel like this place owes me some stars.We had a large party going in for a repast. Large party of maybe 20-30 people.The waitress did not tasked us to the area, just kinda pointed and said yeah.Food was horrible. I ordered a fried basket and everything was cooked in cornmeal, even the shrimp. Everything even tasted the same.The food was too hot and melted the take out box.Not a good experience at all.

First time going and it will definitely be the last. Horrible customer service for the prices they charge. Restaurant full Sunday afternoon and only one waitress was working. Filthy mirrors in the dining area and the waitress that was working yesterday had the worst attitude ever Nasty food but the only thing that was decent were the fries and shrimp fried riceGrade F
LOVE!! Me and my friends are trying to find the best restaurants in Southfield and this is definitely a top one!! We have spent all day going to different restaurants to review!! Our waitress was complaining about her job buttt it was definitely relatable to us as front service workers.On the other hand, to another guest, someone may be put off.
Food was ok. Nothing special. Needs more flavor.
