The team here must be young, they do not take complaints seriously. They give me a BLT with no lettuce and told me “My Bad bro, we will put it on there the next time” My sister went in a couple days ago and one of the employees threw a Crock shoe across the room and it hit her salad on the counter. Then he wanted to argue that it didn’t land on the salad!!! Why are you throwing things in the first place!

Just called to see if they would be open on Easter. Before I could get it out, I was hung up on.Google says they open at 1pm so maybe they should update their time.Just for that, I would choose another Cottage Inn to give my money to..
Good alternative to eat at...considering the Shawarma Man who lacks common sense...at Cottage Inn, they are prepared and speak and understand proper English.
Ordered a Greek salad and it was wilted lettuce 5 pieces of feta cheese it just looked bad
I have order from this location during the lunch hours and have never had a complaint. But the evening staff at this location sucks. I wish I could give the lunch staff 5 stars and the evening staff 0. Customer services is not something the evening staff understands. They even close an hour earlier then posted on the door.
There was NOTHING bad with this experience. The special order Flavorful Vegetarian pizza with Alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious ?! I don't know how the vegetables were still crisp after going in the oven, but they were. I have driven past this establishment many times in the past. No more. Cottage Pizza will be my first choice!!!
Terrible service, unprofessional staff and management. I was better off going to little Caesars. Don’t waste your time or money at this establishment.
