Chipotle as a whole is facing big issues: supply chain, employee resources, and in my opinion, people always asking for a little bit more (which may be why they are always running out of food?)Despite the challenges, their customer service is always pleasant. Today, for example, it was 5 min to close and the lady in front had prepaid for chips. The employee apologized that they were out of chips said they would refund her money. He went to get the manager, who could have easily over-ridden the transaction with 5 min to close.The lady was upset because the chips were for her daughter (and if you have children you know how picky they can be).The manager offered to relight the burner to fry her more chips, saying it would only take a few minutes. The lady was very grateful.I didn’t get the manager’s name but to me, he didn’t have to that. He could have apologized for the inconvenience, refunded her money, and called it a day, especially with 5 min left.

This place is never open on time. I have been there multiple times after 1pm and there have been people waiting outside to get in while the staff walks around inside looking at the waiting customers, and no one ever has the decency to come to the door and say anything. I could understand if the customers were arriving before the time that the hours that are posted on the door says. But that is not the case. They are still closed literally hours after their signage says that they will open. It is absolutely ridiculous and at this point they should just consider closing all together. People are wasting their limited lunch times just to get to a place that advertises that they are open, only to find that they are not. If I could give then zero stars I absolutely would!

The experiences I've had at this store have been 50/50... sometimes there's nothing wrong with the order & food is good, other times the order is messed up/missing items/ bad quality. Today our burritos were 99% rice and 1% meat and other ingredients. And we paid $6 for guac and there was none. Paid for chips & queso, queso came with no chips.. sigh. More often than not I'm disappointed with our order at this location.

I have had good experiences and bad throughout life and never have I ever felt so inclined to leave a review about a company that could hurt someone’s livelihood. But after todays experience I will make an exception. The store opened at noon and me along with other customers were let into the store only to wait in line for 45mins without a single word being said to me or the other people waiting. When I asked how much longer it would take to get service I was told, “online orders had to be completed first”. Funny thing is they were doing prep and not filling those order either! I asked for the manager, William Edgar Jr, and when I explained everything it was clear he did not care so I grabbed a business card and left. I called the number on the card and low and behold William answered. Again I explained the situation in which William said, “is it because my staff is all black?” WOW absolutely floored and could hear him and other staff members laughing. If I could give this store a 0 star review I would.

What a joke - the website says they open at 10:30. Lets you place an order on line and a pick up time of 12;10 - get there to a sign saying they don't open until 1:30. Really! We have a business near by and sometimes provide lunch - this place can't even get the website right with their times and then you call and try to cancel the order and it is a automated only to take your order! Never again. And this review wouldn't even let me post unless I chose at least one star. Seriously

I've visited this location on two separate occasions that were 6 months apart. Both times that were short of staff in the front while there were multiple people in bank not doing anything.First time my order was fine, it just took awhile. As I could clearly see that one girl was basically carrying the team I let it slide.Second was today (4/15/21) and they were inexcusably late. Order was placed online and we waited roughly 40 minutes for it. It became evident that it was still going to be quite a wait, so we left without it. Employees weren't communicating with customers and were extremely unmotivated to catch up on orders. This location probably needs to go to in-person orders only, they can't seem to handle online orders.

Hi team. This branch people are really rude. During the hours (today at 4:45pm), they close the doors and there is no responsibility for the customers who are waiting outside. I literally waving hand for few minutes from outside and they look at me and say 1 minute, but they took 15 to 20 mins to open the door. It was chilling out and that irresponsible staff made many customers to wait outside. That is too bad. Finally they opened the door and they talk very rude and they just ignore our requests. Please take action on these staff.

Not really understanding why I ordered on the CHIPOTLE website , got a confirmation of my order at 12:17pm, and hear it is 2:21pm and 2 Door Dashers later and I still don't have my food NOR do I have my money back. As I'm typing this my order that never existed to CHIPOTLE has just been cancelled? I tried to give them a chance multiple without complaining but this one did it for me‼️ Don't EVER go to this store with the intent of getting good customer service....Sincerely, ANGRY AND STILL HUNGRY

I love the crew they always give good portion sizes. Every Chipotle seems to give different portions like the one in Ferndale is stingy evergreen store in Southfield is moderate but still small yet everytime I come here no matter who makes my food the portion size is always just right especially since I buy extra each time it actually looks like extra when I come here so I don't mind spending $15 cause it's worth it.

My online order was 13 minutes late. The person at the register said they're working very short staffed, but there was 1 person on his phone in the back. The food itself was also terrible. The burrito bowl was over seasoned, and the sour cream was watery. The tacos were so messy that half of the contents spilled out when I picked them up. I won't be returning.
