I went to the restaurant and the counters where they prepare your order was so dirty and appeared contaminated, I left the restaurant. This is my third experience with this situation, they don't understand the importance of keeping food preparation areas clean.
Every time I go to this place after 8, THEYRE CLOSED! The closing time is 10PM!!! what’s the point of having the information online. At least change the details of the restaurant so customers won’t waste their time and gas! GAS IS TOO HIGH TO BE DRIVING FOR YALL TO BE CLOSING AN HOUR EARLY!
This is the absolute worse chipotle location in Michigan. I placed an online order for 11 AM. I went to pickup the order on lunch and there was no one at the restaurant. Then what seemed to be the manager walks in and does not acknowledge the customers outside and locks the door. Meanwhile I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch! This location is disgraceful and should be shut down if they cannot accommodate the Southfield area. 0 out of 10 would not recommend
Staff stated as soon as we got in line that they were out of vegetables. It was almost 8 pm so I understood, but the difference in the way different people in line were treated was unacceptable. Portion sizes for the people they liked and knew were larger and the amount of cheese and sour cream were the same. If they liked you, you got a correct amount. If not you got a sprinkle of cheese and a drop of sour cream...
New to the area as a business, and our office staff love Chipotle. However, we have ordered from this location 3 times, and every single time, our order has been wrong, not with just one error but multiple. I am all about learning, building, and growing, but this is absolutely ridiculous. When you as for things and PAY for them, you should be expecting that you will get what you pay for. The functioning of this establishment is substandard, and needs a leadership overhaul. The work product speaks volumes about leadership, and this needs to be addressed. I will NEVER order from here again and if you are considering, I highly encourage your to reconsider!
Please be advised when ordering online from this restaurant you’ll never get your order at the promised pick up time you select. This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to who’s always 30-40 minutes behind on orders. Then there’s no way to obtain a refund in store. They just tell you to go on the app and file a complaint. This is the second or third time I was unable to get my food that I had already PAID for. 0/10 would never recommend this Chipotle.
When someone orders and get their food delivered, it is more than twice the normal price. They could at least make sure your order is prepared correctly and all items are in the bag. The food is extremely cold but didn’t take long to get to me. They could do much better
Slow, for no reason at all. Not a single customer in the store yet I've been waiting for my pickup order for nearly 10 minutes. The store is completely empty, yet I'm standing here waiting for food with an empty store.I will not be returning. Their systems are too inefficient and this should not be happening.
Went and ordered a bowl. Paid and asked for quaeso. The girl then charged me for another bowl at a different amount. When I asked for a receipt, she said couldn't for some made up reason. Then I asked for her manager. He wasn't very helpful either. He gave me the receipt and then tried to tell me that I had not been charged. I pulled up my bank on my cell and showed them I was in fact being charged. I emailed to complain and was contacted from Chipotle. I provide the information that they requested and never heard back from them for the refund of the extra charge. Needless to say...I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN!
My husband's meal was thrown together. He spoke with the manager and he blew my husband off as if his concerns didn't amount to a pile of you know what. Last time going to this location!
