Food is great, wait is short, staff is usually friendly. Restaurant and parking lot is always clean.

Evergreen Captain Jays…..This is the worst Captain Jay’s ever! They always forget SOMETHING. Which means someone is not reading. Also no lemon pepper on my fish. Whenever I go to the 8 mile location, I don’t have this problem. Just Evergreen. Horrible!

So I'm standing in front of the door. The sign says hours of operation is 10a M-Sa, an employee is literally standing in the dining room at 10:45a ignoring me getting a beverage. Instead of common courtesy saying no we're not open he just ignored me knowing I'm standing at the doors. I understand things happen but the lack of courtesy and respect for your customers is what I can't get over. If the light skinned gentleman with curly hair is mgmt then he needs a new job.
The first time I went to this location last week I didn’t have a good experience but I was craving fish so I I’m give them another chance I called my order the young man who answered the phone was pleasant and polite when I got there his mannerisms extended into the takeout service again he was so polite and the food was hot and fresh I just want to commend them today ????People always want to complain when things go but don’t want to compliment when they should keep up the good work ???
Waiting area was a bit chaotic, but the gentleman working that area handled his business and cleared the area out quickly. Cod fish was pretty good. One complaint, the counter where they sprinkle the lemon pepper should be wiped down.
Called in a carry out order. Cashier was friendly.The fish was great. Also ordered hush puppies and Jalepeno poppers. Everything was hot and fresh.The superman cheesecake topped it all off.Thanks for another great order of food.This establishment took great care of me.
Submitted a pickup order on DoorDash. When arrived my order was ready and fresh. No complaints.
Serving toddler wings, check your food before you leave. Do better!!!
