Absolute unprofessional workers….they lack good customer service….the place was dark…wasn’t sure if they were opened. Upon entering, the vibe I got was awful! Won’t be going back there….a dry piece of toast best describes the workers.
Very good! It was delivered hot and fresh! So that alone is worth 5 stars and it was very flavorful and good!
This place is excellent the young lady with the big ponytail was very helpful sweet and very nice good cashier food was amazing lady in the back with blonde hair did great nice customer service to them two just working by their self food was great loved it
Well It's not the captain at the Southfield location.Even though the staff is friendly, the food is not so great. standard fries with seasoning, and the seasoning was more salt than flavoring. The beverage selection is missing a few options, and it's just meh here.I can just drive to Oak Park or 7 mile to get a tastier #4
Ordered food (2 combo meals, some biscuits. Nothing crazy) before arriving to the store. When I arrived for pickup, they haven't even started making it and they were about to close. A little kid not even 12 was running the register? Also, the said they didn't have time to make the biscuits we ordered?? It wouldve been nice to nice that beforehand. They called me to let me know they were closing in 40 mins but didn't have the decency to tell us the couldn't make the biscuits. And if I'm being completely honest, those are the main reason I order from there ? how long do they really take to make lol.
I hate to do this but i’m honestly getting kinda freaked out by this company. I have a profile on Indeed but never applied to work here. They have been non-stop texting me for probably 4/5 months now. It is an everyday occurance. I’ve tried contacting Captain Jays to tell them to stop texting me asking for a date to interview me and my requests are constantly ignored. I’ve called, responded back over text, and even direct messaged them on Instagram. What an awful way to recruit employees, you’re only making the labor shortage more severe for your buisiness. Please adapt more professional and respectful buisness practices. The non-stop contacting is creepy and just wierd… not a place I would trust to pick up food from.

Had good shrimp in past. Went to try perch and shrimp this time. After waiting over 30min for some fried food was disappointed (the fish was non-existent). What irritated me was when asked for an extra cocktail sauce girl sparked big attitude about taking 36cents for a 50cents when they are out of change. Made me pay with my credit card over 14cents. Never going back to this dump.
The chicken was dark and hard! The fish was as if it went straight from the freezer to the grease! When I broke a piece of fish off it was obvious old.! Never again will I order from that location. The only thing good was the driver who delivered !!!
Never had Parmesan cheese on fish before. It's something difference. Love their chicken also. They make a butter biscuit which is also good
