This place used to be different, but it seems that over the past couple of years, work quality has been getting worse and worse. They don't ever open the dining room anymore, even tho it says that it's open. When the dining room IS open, they close it at least 2 hours early. They close the whole restaurant early without warning.Tonight, I ordered a meal on the Burger King app. On the app, it said this location closed at 11pm. I arrived at the restaurant before 10:30pm, only to find out that the store was already closed, but my money had been taken, as my order went thru on the app. Now I'm waiting for someone to contact me back about refunding my money about food that I never got
This is an extremely slow place. I am a Doordash driver. I was to pick up a simple order for $7.25 at 12:44 p.m. (06.20.22). They keep the lobby closed and only one drive thru lane open at the peak lunch hour. After a while I asked an employee who was smoking outside if there was a way for me to pick up the order that might be just sitting there as it was supposed to be ready 20 mins. ago (at that time). He said he would check that but never came back out. When i finally got to the pick-up window the food was still not ready; it took another ten minutes. I finally "confirmed" pick up at 1: 28 p.m. I lost nearly an hour on a 7 dollars order that was two miles away from the customer. When it was finally handed to me, no apology, no kiss my behind, nothing. Horrid place.
Its almost funny how badly the staff members mess up. I pulled into the drive through speaker and was greeted by someone who just sounds like they hate there life. The ammount of rudeness was unacceptable and almost made me leave in the middle of me ordering. At the end, the man on the speaker goes “Is that it?, *sighs*, pullup to the window for me”. When i get there, they then tell mr my total and once i handed them the money, the man basically slams the window on me. I then get my food and it wasnt until after i got home, did i notice how terrible this was. I mean seriously!. I ordered 10 nuggets and received only 7, soggy pieces of chicken. My large fry wasnt even half full, and they even messed up my drink. If this employee is seeing this. Dont expect to get a better job anywhere, because clearly you cant even do simple math to start off with. God forbid you end up going to this location
6 people a head of me in line. I left after 45 min. 3 people were still left. If your short staffed enough that it take 15 min a order just shut down. I can't imagine that 40$ is covering the overhead
This location is very busy and too understaffed to handle the traffic at the drive through. I've learned to "know what I want and say it fast and clearly" which seems to make them more friendly when you get to the window. I agree with Ayana Thomas's review that Jennifer does a great job with what she is given.
Original order was made wrong, called and with no issue was told to come get a replacement. 5 stars in my book any day
Honestly this used to be one of the best Burger King's to go to, but lately it seems like no one cares anymore. I really don't know what's going on but the service has become so bad that I will not come back. I know a big store like that will not miss one customer but unfortunately if you can't make my order right I cannot give you my business.
On April 23,2022 had a mobile order to pickup. Inside was closed, was forced to use drive thru. They left customers sitting in line without any updates as to what was going on. I hopped the line only to see the cashier on her cell phone.The Burger King app doesn’t allow you to cancel orders even though we never received our food. Poor management! Bad customer service.
Says dine in but the doors are always locked clearly during business hours. And the drive through is among the slowest Ive been in. Wasted my time. Don’t waste yours.
Had a taste for some onion rings and they were so good they were hot fresh up perfect the to go place for nice hot onion rings that's not really hard so many places overcooked their onion rings this particular Burger King did I'm just right they were awesome
