This place should be closed. Unbelievable how terrible the food and service is. They didn't get one item right, and charged me a small fortune. I wasn't even able to eat what they served. Not waiting in line for an hour again.

I hate I stop there today I got a Whopper Jr. Combo the meat tasted so old and my drink supposed to have been a lemonade I end up getting lemon water, so when I returned back the cashier act like I did something wrong because I was not satisified this place should do a spot check on everything to make sure every customer is satisified but they don't care all this place does is hire people who don't care and all they want is a pay check so sad but happily I can go somewhere else...I went to Taco Bell and was very satisfied.

Even though they were grossly understaffed, Tyesha and her other coworker got the job done I'll be glad when they open back up so we can dine inside after church on Sunday again.

They never open for breakfast. They tell you they no longer sell breakfast at this location. The don't open until 11:00 am. The inside of the restaurant is never open anymore. They pay higher wages because they only employ half of the staff. The few employees they do allow to work are poorly trained, slow and rude. This is a result of the COVID Relief business grant - welfare for businesses. We the people - through our government - are paying businesses like this to stay open and operate in an inefficient manner. The government grant is the only way a business like Burger King can afford to stop serving breakfast and still earn enough money to remain open and functional. This is consistently the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

Today I give them praise! I think they were short staffed so I had to wait but the young lady was very pleasant to everyone and the food was extremely fresh. I will return

So just wanna make sure I got this straight: it says this place is not open until 11AM... but the drive thru board has a full breakfast menu displayed? How in the world do businesses like this stay open?

Terrible Terrible TerribleWaited and waited just to have my order taken and I was the second car in line. The cars waiting behind me left and I would have also if it wasn't for mother really wanting the impossible whopper.Finally I get my order taken and get to the window and pay.1. Food was cold, including fries2. Guy at the window had 0 customer service etiquette.3. The employees seemed more interested in the conversation they were having than serving the customer.What it all boils down to is poor "Management" plain and simple. This restaurant needs a new manager and probably a new district manager at this point. I have never experienced a burger king franchise so mismanaged in my life and if I were the Burger King franchise I would replace all of them. Starting at the top.

I wish I could just rent a room there. The food was just delicious and has been every time we have visited. This is one of the better Burger King in Southfield. Strongly recommend you visit it. Also strongly recommend you stay away from the one at Seven Mile and Middlebelt. Bought the same Whopper there and it seemed like the condiments were a rare item at that store. We did find one pickle but that was about it no tomato just a small Touch of catch up my own special sauce. Not even enough for a bite.

It seemed like me ordering food was really bothering the cashier... She had to hurry back to her phone. I had to wave and get her attention because she forgot my drinks. At least the order was right. 3 stars for that.

I ordered nuggets and this is what I got. Uncooked nuggets. For the first time in a long time the person taking my order was very pleasant but my food was the purpose of the visit. So I was still hungry after my lunch time for work
