I one time said in the drive through "anyone got a footlettucefungus BURGER KING?!?!" as a joke right but then 12 of their employes came out of the store and started throu8ing stuff at my sobaro car. Never coming back probably
Went for a impossible whopper. Price excellent but I did ask for NO KETCHUP and NO ONIONS. They didn't listen and I had to take onions off and wipe bread. I HATE KETCHUP
The manager is very rude taking orders on the drive-thru. The manager of the store should not be rude to customers that didn't do anything. Manager was rude from the moment I started placing my order that is unacceptable.
I mean it is fast food, but I needed something fast because I was in a hurry. So, Burger King it was. They had a good deal on mix and matches for 5 bucks, but they didn't have salt and the pop machine was out of ice. So 3 stars...
Came to the drive through at 7:20 AM (posted opening time is 7). Waited a few minutes at the order menu, then drove forward to the window: nobody there.
I thought BK was have it your way. No substitutions are allowed. Tried to get the sourdough burger but with the impossible patty and the employee went back and fourth with me and stated that my order couldn’t be granted that way due to inventory. I was okay with the upcharge but she was sure that I couldn’t get my burger that way. I hope BK release a sourdough impossible patty.
First of all the person that's taking the order has a terrible attitude problem she not be working in customer service . 3:30 ,p.m i ordered the new sourdough wopper sandwich and the bread wasn't even toasted . It look like some plane white bread . This is ridiculous . The pictures show the bread toasted . How hard it is to make a sandwich . Really ! Burger King should be ashamed !
I stopped at 10:45 a.m. for a cup of coffee. When I got to the drive-thru order station was broke and ganky looking, I wasn't even sure The location was open any longer. Then someone came over the speaker and said "I'm sorry we are in the middle of shift change and it will be about 20 minutes before we can take your order." Having managed restaurants this seems absurd, Right around 11:00 would seem to be a fairly busy time and I've never shut down my rest restaurant during open business hours for 20 minutes. Between the condition of the location and the inability to take an order during open business hours I have no choice but to give this review one star. Whatever company runs this Burger King can do better.
Very negative. I placed an order, gave the attendant a 20 dollar bill. She gave me change reflecting a 10 dollar bill. I informed her that my change was incorrect and she insisted that I gave her a 10 dollar bill.Watch her........
