Food was less than 1 star. Service was ok….. store does close early sometimes but their doing you a favor. Moral of the story .Don’t spend money on food you don’t want. Lesson learned .

I've stopped at this particular Boston Market a couple of times. I can honestly say that every time has been a pleasure. The staff take good care of me and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this restaurant, if you're in the area and are looking for a decent meal at a fair price.

Closed early!! Suppose to close at 9pm and at 8:50 all the doors were locked and workers closing down. If that’s the case then change the hours to reflect your operation.

Great family friendly restaurant, easy to find, ample parking, value for money and such a good hangout spot for the whole family.

Wonderful food and service. Very helpful and kind staff. Especially under the circumstances of having short staff I know their trying very hard to keep this place from falling. (I know how it is, it’s very hard to find people to work these positions)… just ignore the rude comments to the people who just complain for fun in reviews… Keep up the great work Boston Market, see ya soon!!!!??

This location will close early and take your money for an online order despite the fact that you will never get your order. They will then call you and tell you you need to email someone to get a refund instead of automatically refunding you. Then, they won't respond to your emails.

Boston Market in Southfield should just close down. They are never open during times listed. The lobby in Other restaurants in the area are back open but not Boston Market, you have to call a phone (that no one answers) to place an order. When the lobby was open, staff looked over worked and it was not an inviting atmosphere.

Maybe this one star post should be for Google pay and not the restaurant. Not sure. Ordered online and Google pay had no problem accepting that order and charging us for a restaurant that’s not even open. Now we have to jump through hoops to get our money back. Money is extremely tight during this pandemic and this type of blatant robbery of customers should not be allowed to happen. I’ll never use this option again. Thank you google.

I used to order delivery from this location regularly without issue. The last few weeks the website has taken my order given me a delivery time only to find out later the location is closed. When you call no one answers the phone. If they are closed they should not have this location available on the Boston market site or any delivery service sites.

This place is horrible!!! I purchased 2 meals via the mobile app. I go to pick the meals up at the time given to me and it was closed!!! Ok, no big deal however they charged my card and have yet to refund the money 3 weeks later. I'm still getting the run around. This store and company are STEALING from consumers!!!
