I thought the LP location was bad but it looks like all of Big Boy aw a chain have gone downhill. Def not what they used to be before pandemic. Very disappointed at the menu
I asked for Lemons, more than 2 slivers. I told it would be extra. My bill charged me $2.50 for lemonade. I didn't use sugar. I like lemon water.No tip was left.
Good breakfast they are short staffed but we didn't wait long the sign just asks for patience ? nice waitress!
Had lunch with family, my mother chicken was to hard, waitress ask was everything alright, the nice waitress stated she will ask the kitchen to drop another chicken, seconds later the nasty poor attitude owner, stated there is nothing wrong with her chicken the waitress has been to your table three times why didn’t you tell her before, you eat half of the chicken, what the owner didn’t know my mother was eating her salad first, and didn’t touch her meal yet, during times of the visit of the waitress. The owner is rude and don’t care. If you have a complaint don’t eat here ever!!!!
The food and service was great considering they had limited staff.
My Big Boy with fries was delicious; just as I remembered. So yummy. Owner made sure my fries were fresh which is very important to me.
They have the friendliest most efficient staff in Southfield I come here at least twice a month always get fast and good service love this place
My granddaughter and I had a terrible dining experience at this location. Her side order of bacon & link sausages were overcooked & almost petrified. Sending just the bacon back, we tried to be understanding. The next batch was undercooked. The takeout order (yes, we did) was unsatisfactory, as well. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.
Its been years since I've been to a big boy and they have definitely down grades from what I remember. Guess it's the sign of the times. Flavor of the food was good
I went n the middle because we don't stay to eat the thing I wanted was not on there menu she said they might have it at other store the do not serve that at their location
