First time going in and the last time going in. I stood there reading the menu for at least four minutes. No one acknowledged my presence or gave any indication that I was seen and I was the only person in line. The EMPLOYEES continued to do what they were doing (talking and sitting). Not one to scream discrimination but I've been on this earth long enough to know that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. You lost a potential frequent and loyal customer. Needless to say, I went to my favorite place for sandwiches, FRONT PAGE DELI where I'm always greeted with a smile and common courtesy.
Since the person I picked my food up from decided to lecture me about ordering from the Bellacino's app over ordering on Doordash, I'll just leave them to it and get my Grinders from one of the other locations.It wasn't even the fact that he recommended it, but was really rude and condescending in his delivery. He didn't even bother to greet me whennI first walked in. You want people to give you business, create a better experience for your customers. ✌
Customer service was non existent, food was edible. The orchard lake rd location is 110% better everything.
The pizza was great, wish I would have gotten the medium size and as far as the grinder it wasn't what I expected to get but it was ok.
Food was good. Service was a big miss. They almost seem annoyed you're buying food from them.
I do not recommend. I used to go for the food. However, they charged me twice on my credit card and did not give me my money back!!
They charge you more than the menu starts online. I was overcharged $2.10 per grinder. Menu states $13.99 and I was charged $16.09. Definitely won’t be back.
I really enjoyed the great atmosphere of the place, almost more than I enjoyed the grinders. I'm definitely stopping here again.
I highly recommend Bellacino’s. Everything from the bread to the sauce was wonderful. Great guy and great service. 10/10 from the Abe’s Fine Tailoring crew!
