At 6pm they will tell you they are not making milkshakes as they are soon to close. Its like the menu is off limits for arbitrary reasons. Lol absolutely bizarre.
the lady on the speaker would not speak up, and would not speak clearly. she was just generally super rude. “mumble mumble mumble please pull up”also was asked to pull up, waited for one singular milkshake… and there was nobody inside or in the drive thru??
I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 scoops in a waffle cone and 3 scoops in a cup. I paid for the order and received the cone. I’m waiting and the young lady C. asked did I need something else. I said yes, the rest of my order. She got indignant and said “I asked if you had everything”, which she didn’t. When I received the cup, it wasn’t 3 scoops. There was 1 scoop and ice cream spread across the top. C. asked what’s wrong? I said this isn’t 3 scoops. We’re going back and forward and I said give me my money back. She stated they don’t give refunds but for me to give the order back and she’ll put more ice cream in it. I said no, put the remaining ice cream in another cup. I’ll keep this. Well C.didn’t like that answer and got very nasty. The team leader came to the window and told her a few times to stop she’ll handle it. She asked what’s the issue and I told her. She said ma’am I apologize this is clearly not 3 scoops and gave me a refund. Miss C. has alot of maturing to do. She will not be successful in any job with an attitude such as hers. Hopefully she learn sooner rather than later.

Terrible Terrible! Everytime I Visit!! they never have the Items to make smoothies! Always something . I truly believe they are just using the great Baskin-Robbins name ! PLEASE leave Southfield and find a new location!!Or remove it off your menu

Lady through drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for a brownie sundae, they stated they did not sell it anymore even though it’s still listed online. Due to the limited ice cream menu, I asked to come in, and they stated they could not accept people inside the store right now, which I understood due to Covid protocols. I then proceeded to pull the menu up from my phone because the items I am used to ordering were no longer available. About 20 seconds passed, and the woman through the drive thru yelled through the speaker and proceeded to say “IS YOU READY TO ORDER” with a major attitude even though I asked for another minute to complete my order. I drove off because I did not appreciate her attitude and it was extremely rude. I go to this DD/BR because I try to support black women who are in the food industry and this is the closest one to me with people of color working. I will not be coming back to this location and was highly disappointed in her lack of patience. And no one was even behind me when I was waiting so I was again confused on why she was rushing me. I also called the store to complain to the “manager” and when she answered, she was laughing on the phone, and when I told her what occurred, she did not seem to care. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed
Don’t waste your money. I just wasted mine. The service was horrible and the bacon egg and cheese croissants taste like they drop them on the floor. The butter pecan ice cream doesn’t taste like butter pecan and the mangonada has too much chamoy.
