My food was delicious. There's nothing like Baby Back Ribs.Thumbs-up. To our server Dallas.
Everything was good. The service, the waitress, very customer friendly. The atmosphere was perfect. The lafies restroom should have been cleaner. My shoes stuck to the floor all while I was in there, paper on the floor. It should have the atmosphere of a clean ladies room.
The food was too expensive and poor quality!!! Boneless chicken wings were very hard she's too much sauce!!! I order the Bourbon chicken with shrimp and my friend order chicken tenders with fries!!! That meal was 2 for $32.00. Didn't come with dessert like at chili's!!! I was very disappointed in the food quality and the service!!! The drinks were terrible as well!!! All I can say I will not be coming back to Applebee's no time soon!!! I should have followed my first mind and went to Chili's ??
Do not order a shark bowl. Honestly don’t order anything on a Saturday night at this location. 5 hosts standing around telling people there was a 15 minute wait that turned out to be 30. Customer service and friendliness is on the back burner at this location. I love Applebees- I’m not mad- just disappointed. lol- photo attached is my non alcoholic slush puppy sold as a shark bowl. Paid $7.99 for sugar water.
I had a fantastic time here!! I got in after work and wanted to unwind with a decent supper and a few beers. My waitress was fantastic! She was kind and pleasant while while being professional, and I was blown away! Regena deserves a big shout out!! I will undoubtedly return!!
No need for a long drawn out review. My lunch was a great. The server was pleasant and attentive, the food was just what I expected to be. I've been going here for a many years and I've never had a bad experience.
It's understandable to have low waitstaff and to politely turn folks away, but it's not necessary to be completely rude before we even said a word. Lady at the host stand was incredibly rude but the gentleman was nice. Again, understand low wait staff but to dismiss people and embarrass them right off the bat without even a hello is not necessary.
I always enjoy coming to this location the staff is always pleasant and they never miss a beat! Also Holly is a phenomenal and loving individual she always ensures that our food is always fresh and if we have any issues she takes care of it promptly.
Food was okay. The service was terrible. I waited 10/15 minutes for my waitress to come to our table for water and appetizers. She seemed like work was an option and she treated us as such. She never cleared our table...no matter how many dishes we had. Never gave us a refill on water or out pops. After one too many incidents....I asked for the manager. I doubt if I try this location again. Seemed as if everyone was on vacation. I do understand that there are some issues to be expected but not that many. She had no hustle or drive or gaf! I sent my meal back after it wasn't cooked like I asked and took my business to TGIF. I figured I had gave them all the money that I would give.c I only ended up having an appetite and drink...my stepdaughter had an appetizer and her meal. Even the 13 year old knew something wasn't quite right with the service or lack thereof.
Open late. Ordered battered fish and chips. Appitzer onion rings was great. Fish hot and fresh. Fries not so much. Fries hard and luke warm at best. After 9pm they have 1/2 off selected apps and some $5 drink specials. Great deal on that prices good. Service was a little slow. Was not very busy visited on a Tuesday night. I would go back and recommend them.
